The Relay driver that has delivered parcel to me just puts them on the doorstep and walks away they don't even bother to knock and let you know

Keep saying failed delivery but they don’t even knock or come to the door?
Relay said they are redelivering today for the third time (they did not) after not attempting to deliver at all, didn’t even knock or give me a reason why. They kept changing the delivery schedules saying it was a failed delivery, I fear I may never see my package, do not recommend. It has been far too long. Fyi I have been home on all dates they said they were going to deliver.

I have had this company attempt to deliver parcels to me twice one was delivered to a pick up point 1.30h drive away the other side of London ! And the other was delivered a 30 min drive.. when I have loads of shops in my area that it could have gone to although I did pay for it to be delivered to my address.. Every time I see its being shipped though relay I know I won’t be seeing the delivery. - also I never got sent a QR code to even collect them and never heard anything back from the customer service, so when I did drive the 30 mins I came back with nothing

Awful service
Awful service. Posted a parcel to a buyer and no updates at all. I tried contacting customer service and despite a generic email I have received no communication from them with regards to the whereabouts of the parcel. The worst courier company I have dealt with and I have used the all. AVOID!
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. I posted delivery instructions on their website and they completely ignored them and delivered to the wrong entrance at 8.15pm. They deserve zero stars.

I am giving them a one start review, because it will not let me leave zero.
I have only used this courier once to post 2 parcels on the same day though vinted, and they have managed to lost both, well they have attached my label to the wrong parcel, so my customer has received random items and my parcels are no where to be seen! Customer service help is a joke, and when you do get a reply it is to ask my customer to peel the address label off to reveal the yellow label that is underneath which is near impossible. Will never use again.
No attempt to knock
I was allerted to someone at my door by my door bell detector. On arriving at the door someone was going out of my front gate 30ft away and into a car. I checked around the corner where my bins are and there was a package. On checking my doorbell footage the courier made no attempt to ring or knock on the door to hand the parcel over. I have video footage if relay want to view it but that seems unlikely. Its the way they pay the couriers if they just drop it and take a picture then they are paid so by not waiting for a door to be answered saves time to deliver more packages.

Received notification at 2124 on Tuesday 7 April from Relay and Vinted that my parcel was ready to collect.
Went to store to collect at 1030 on Wednesday 8 April. Store could not find parcel and marked it as ‘missing’. Relay sent me a WhatsApp asking how my collection went. Told them parcel was not at collection point and had been marked as ‘missing’ by store. Their response was an automated email at 1142 on Wednesday 8 April saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours but I heard nothing further.
Returned to collection point at 1830 on Friday 10 April and still no parcel. Relay again sent a WhatsApp message asking how my collection went (must be automatically triggered when QR code scanned at collection point). I replied saying parcel not at collection point and that I had heard nothing from them (Relay) even though it had been over 48 hours. No response.
I have finally managed to wade through all the chatbots and ‘contact us’ buttons that don’t actually work to submit a third request for help from Relay.
Meanwhile I continue to receive ‘your parcel is at the collection point!’ reminders and ‘the parcel will be returned to sender if not collected by 13 April!’. Brilliant - so I have until the 13th April to pick up a parcel that is not at the collection point and if tomorrow (the 13th) I get a message saying the not-there parcel is being returned to sender I will be so cross. Automatic systems are great if they work but they are not working this time. Furthermore, being ignored by Relay is infuriating.
Where is my parcel? Missing, lost forever, stolen? Just tell me so I can claim my money back from Vinted.
Where to start, appalling company
Where to start. This company behave with zero ethics.
They left a parcel outside my door but in a public space and it went missing - They maintain they did nothing wrong.
Then I asked weeks in advance for my next parcel to be returned to sender. They messed me about for weeks, assured me it was dealt with then did the complete opposite.
They left another parcel unsecured and in direct opposition to my simple and fair request. They have wasted so much of my time and energy.
This company will LIE to you, do not use!
Terrible couriers likely thieves
Terrible couriers, completely incompetent and likely stealing packages. I live in an apartment building that is easily accessible by opening a door and you will see the letterbox/ delivery area, but they failed delivery twice now, both times I have been in waiting not a phonecall or message to say they are here and I haven't actually laid eyes on one of these couriers in person I'm not sure they actually exist, royalmail, DPD and evri never seem to cause an issue when delivering my packages but this company relay is absolutely abysmal avoid using them as your courier they are totally unprofessional and likely thieves.

And yet another parcel, another disaster... I received a different parcel than sent by the seller!!!!! This company is a scam and very difficult to speak to anyone from the customer service!!!
Avoid! Too many issues
I sell on Vinted and when ever a buyer uses this company my heart sinks. I’ve had various issues from the store information that offers the service not being up to date to not being able to download the postage label. I’ve never had these issues with any other providers. Please stay away from this company.

RELAY...Unproffesional Unreliable Delivery company...Many of my parcels are either delivered to the wrong address which clearly shows on the so called proof of delivery photo...Or just chucked over fences often in the rain...Their drivers either cant read or cant be bothered to deliver parcels to the actual address clearly printed on the parcel...When i have come across drivers theyre abrupt & ignorant no civility whatsoever. Ive complained to Relay twice who do respond but nothing changes so they clearly cant be bothered either. Another parcel this morning a Shein one again delivered to the wrong address ( 11th April 2026) im told to go knocking on doors to find it. Not happening & not safe to do so & Not my job to try to locate my parcels. Unproffessional Unreliable & Unacceptable. Shocking delivery company.

First experience of delivery with these and it’s been dreadful! Got an email to say I’d changed the delivery location (I hadn’t!) so my item was sent to a random shop in a town I’ve never heard of. Then I got an email to say it was delivered to the store I asked for, it hadn’t been, wasn’t there! Now got an email to say I’ve missed the collection window so I’m getting a refund and the item is being returned!! And can you get any answers or proper customer help with a human? No!!
Absolutely awful service, I’m going to disable them as an option so I don’t have this nonsense and hassle again. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Now I’m not sure if I’ll ever get this item and it’s something I really want and have been waiting for all week, went out of my way to collect it and had to spend ages on their tracking page and ‘help’ sections with no results! Shocking service all round, would have given zero stars if it was an option!
