Twice I’ve had to get refund for my goods because the picture of there delivery is no where near my home

This is my first experience with Relay and I really hope it will be the last.

I was expecting a delivery and was told by Relay that a courier had collected the time and that it would be delivered on a certain day. The delivery didn't arrive and there was no update from Relay.

I went on to the Relay website to chase this up. I clicked on the Contact Us button on their website and nothing happened - it didn't redirect to another page. So then I found an email and sent them a message about the missed delivery.

I received an automated email, saying that I would receive a response after 72 hours. Three days! I

Appalling customer service. I hope I never have to encounter this company again. Awful.

I am a non-US resident who legally registered a US LLC with all proper state documents (Articles of Organization, EIN, etc.). I applied for a business account with Relay, and despite providing complete information, they rejected my application immediately without any clear explanation or justification. Their support is completely silent and unhelpful when asked for details. If you live outside the US and manage your LLC remotely, save your time and look for other business-friendly alternatives like Wise or Mercury. Avoid Relay!

Nightmare of a delivery service. Parcels are consistently late, both sending and receiving. I’ve disabled their service now so buyers can’t choose them and I’ll never use Relay again myself.

Purchased through Vinted with an expected delivery of 8–10 September. No update since 9 September, and my enquiry on 11 September only received a generic response a week later. Very poor service and I now suspect my parcel has been lost

I purchased a tablet through Vinted, but instead of the tablet, a book arrived. The packaging had clearly been tampered with and had additional tape on it that was not used by the sender.

I provided evidence of what had happened, but rather than properly investigating the issue, I was simply told to take it up with Vinted. Yes, both myself and the seller ultimately received refunds, but that doesn’t address the bigger issue.

If parcels can be tampered with and items removed without the company properly investigating what happened, it leaves customers with very little confidence in their delivery service. In my experience, the response was essentially to pass the responsibility back to Vinted rather than investigate how the package was compromised.

Very disappointing and, in my opinion, a dishonest and unacceptable level of service. I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Used via Vinted. Mixed up parcels so my buyer got a cheap blouse instead of the expensive item she paid for. Parcel arrived ripped but worse of all Vinted are refusing to investigate, challenge Relay and pay me any form of compensation. Apparently the error is mine!

Your driver did not knock on the door and when in my back garden and my son saw him look through the window and when my son when to the door he just got in his car and drove off my son thought it was someone trying to break in to the house

Today the delivery driver opened my front door and left my parcel in my hallway to say im shocked is an understatement I should really be informing the police as he has just let himself in my house to drop a parcel

Worst delivery service provider in the UK. Constantly spamming customers via WhatsApp to get them to collect their parcel. Sending misleading WhatsApp messages to make customers click on it which automatically changes the delivery to collection. You don’t even get to select the collection point.

Customer service is EXTREMELY AWFUL as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is a massive JOKE. Been waiting weeks for an order and every time i try to chase, it states its on its way despite the delivery window having past. The customer service is non existent, ive emailed them sevaral times and they NEVER reply. This company is just shocking. I cant get a refund as the parcel is showing as in progress! Never would i use this company for as long as i live. Absolutely shocking!

Left the package outside the door and it got stolen. I don’t understand why would a company lave the package outside in a hay street knowing it will get stolen.

I have a video of one of your driver going someone else’s parcel. this is disgusting!!

THE MOST useless courier I have ever experienced. Consistently delivering goods to a house that is unknown to me. Customer services don’t respond. I wish these companies wake up and terminate this contract. Wasting peoples time and money.

Worst courier ever! All my packages I’ve bought on Vinted were delayed with Relay. My current order has said out for delivery since yesterday and is stuck. Not sure why Vinted even allowed this courier in the first place. Cheap doesn’t mean good.

Can't believe how bad this delivery service is. Had a few bad experiences with evri in the past but relay definitely trumps it. I ordered from Asia a few days after my relay parcel was collected by courier and my parcel from Asia has beat the parcel coming from the same country.

I'm loathed to give one star for their performance. I've tried to contact their customer service team several times since the 4th September and have received no reply. My parcel wasn't tracked and has gone missing, and they just couldn't care less. Please don't use this company - they are shocking. They really need to be reviewed and shouldn't be allowed to operate as their service is appalling.

( I used relay on vinted just for reference) I know a lot of people choose Relay because the option is cheaper, but for anyone reading this, I strongly advise using any other courier aside from Relay.
I made the mistake of ordering around 7 parcels through Relay, and 2 of them have now been delayed with no updates for the last week.
Despite being a ‘tech’ company, their response time is non-existent. Some companies have a virtual/ ai assistant , this company does not , you have to submit an email , which they may or may not respond to .

I am waiting for relay courier delivery service to deliver a parcel for me i was told that my parcel would be delivered before the 15th of September so where is it im not happy about this matter and I want to know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered to 5 Blake Avenue Wath upon dearne Rotherham south Yorkshire i was told i can pick it up from the shop near me and I would receive a barcode to pick my parcel up from the shop so why do I still not have barcode or my order if this is the way you treat customers then its awful its been over 3 weeks since I placed order with jd sports and still bloody waiting for relay to deliver it i will never use relay again they are just taking the piss now

Absolutely disappointing delivery service. The wait has been ridiculous, especially considering how quickly I receive my SHEIN orders all the way from China. Somehow, an order being delivered locally takes longer than one travelling halfway around the world. The lack of updates and the overall delay are extremely frustrating. I will avoid it
