The Relay driver that has delivered parcel to me just puts them on the doorstep and walks away they don't even bother to knock and let you know

Two failed deliveries in the same week !!
Despite having been informed not to deliver after 6pm as the farm gate is on auto lock. Receive an email of delivery window between 4 to 9PM .
We're in an isolated area and not easy to find the farm in the dark !
No attempt to call me .
Shein don't take any responsibility just send an email Failed attempt to deliver contact carrier.
2 emails to Relay , message also left on their online customer help centre. Not responded !! Absolutely shocking service !!
I still haven't received my parcels. Let's see what happens today. My feeling is that they are not reading the delivery instructions or just simply not even attempting to deliver. No trust in them

Terrible service. 1st package from Relay was a shop pick up. Was messaged to say it had arrived. Nope not delivered. 2nd attempt still not arrived. Day after…finally. Thought the delivery to my address would be better. I have cctv , so I know that they didn’t attend my address at the failed delivery time. They called from an 020 number, when I answered on the second call, they hung up. 3 day wait for next delivery. Absolutely no customer service, no one you can contact, just a generic q and a page. Absolute dross, never have any issues with the other delivery services. Very Dissatisfied.

I was apprehensive about my delivery after seeing all the negative reviews. My delivery was excellent . It was delivered on time. The tracking kept me up to date; up to point of delivery. The gentleman who delivered the parcel was friendly and polite. Maybe I was lucky he knew my area well. Thank you for an excellent service and delivery

Disgusting delivery company. Leave parcels on pavements in city centre and in bins. Have the audacity to send the photo proof of where they’ve delivered it ‘to a safe place’

ASOS need to stop using this appalling delivery service or I’ll stop shopping with them.

My vinted parcel was picked up by the courier to be returned to the seller but no update sent! The tracking info indicating that the parcel is simultaniously at my local parcel shop and it is being delayed!! This confusion makes my refund complicated and I do not even know if I am going to get it
I have also found out they are part of royal mail which explains a lot of their faults!

I've used Relay 4 times and two out of the 4 parcels have gone missing/permanently still in transit. Contacted them regarding the first missing item and had an email back to say they were looking into it then nothing. I will be advising anyone who buys from me or who i buy from not to use them in the future as they only have a 50% chance that the item will arrive, Very Poor Service.

Delivered wrong item to Vinted Buyer, then sent the email say” it’s been delivered”. But no tracking information, don’t know where is my real item. ( I am the seller)

total brainless wits !....english probably not the first language of delivery drivers...awaiting a parcel.....delivered to god knows where ! have walked the streets trying to find out where on earth its been delivered.....i have no words ........garbage !.... now a load of hassle

Ive spent hours going round my postcode area looking at houses with my door number. Found the house lovely lady gave me my parcel
Your delevery lady is a damed idiot. If she cant read the address. Shes in the wrong job. Shameful

Worse than yodel, which takes some doing. 2 parcels now not delivered, they stated unable to deliver, strange as I was home on both occasions and Amazon and the royal mail managed it on the same day. When it takes them days to redeliver, if at !!

Will be checking with any future retails to see if they use these wombles and if they do will not be purchasing from them.

Do not use lost parcel that I wanted don’t trust using them not the sellers fault it’s relay i would not send my parcels through relay only used the a couple of times missing item already very angry

They mixed my buyers parcel up with someone elses random parcel. Sent an email to get help and theyve not replied. Its been a week. Says that they will try to reply in 48-72 hours. Terrible company, feels like this issue is never going to get sorted.

Why Vinted have started using this company is beyond me, absolutely awful delivery company.
Expected a parcel last week still not arrived and it’s going to a really awful shop meaning I have to collect from awful shop.
Dropped off parcels myself this morning not same shop thank goodness, was telling shop assistant don’t rate this company, response they only collect or deliver parcels a couple times a week, no wonder still waiting

If i could give them zero stars I would. No customer support. Shocking at delivering. Avoid partnering at all costs, you will lose customers

I’ve sold items on vinted countless times, using service providers such as inpost and evri with no issues whatsoever. I have only needed to send with relay around 4 times so far and at first it seemed to be fine but the last two orders I received and sent with relay have been a nightmare. I took the parcels to the shop and had them scanned and sent with no problems but when I checked the buyers chats, it was still saying I needed to send them out. After checking in my emails I noticed I’d received two from relay saying they have received my parcel and it will be sent to buyer soon. There was also a link to a tracking number to see updates on delivery. Upon clicking the link it asked me to put in my postcode and stated I would be receiving a package soon and I would need to pick it up at a location I have never heard of. Clearly this is the email that should have been sent to the buyer not the seller. It’s not been nearly 12 hours since I sent the parcels out and it is still asking me to send them. There is no easy way to contact someone that could help and there are no results when searching for a solution in their website. J know other people who have had similar issues to me so If possible stick to evri and inpost and stay as far away as possible from relay.

Had notification of a delivery but nothing at the collection point. I would suggest you remove this company immediately from your delivery options.
