Newsdemon is an excellent Usenet/NNTP provider with some of the very best retention rates around. 2900+ days for many binaries. Download speeds are excellent and Newsdemon works well with Grabbit, my preferred NNTP client. And, the price is extremely reasonable, particularly when compared to other providers with much weaker retention. I'm extremely pleased with the downloading side of their service thus far.

The only negative thing I can say is that uploading is not enabled automatically. You can ask for permission, but so far, I've sent multiple messages requesting upload capability and am still waiting one month out from the request. That's a bit disappointing. So I'm not sure who's monitoring their support e-mail address or if their traffic is so high that messages get skipped or lost.

Other than that, this is a five star service that I am happy to recommend.

Still early in my subscription but it seems good so far, had a few things download incomplete but good so far. The sign up process was easy and quick and I was up and running in almost no time.

On 10-9-2016 i placed a order and payed it at the same time.

Normally u get a email right afther the payment, but this has not happend (yet?) to me.

After a day i wrote an email but stil not a reaction (13-9-2016).....

Very disappointed.......

Great service and customer support

Their support is non existent, by phone,web,email you name it.I bought a 25 GB block and it was gone in no time, no way I used that much. The only communication I received from them, after multiple tries, was this survey email. There are much better choices out there, avoid this one.

Easy to setup, Easy to Manage my account. Thats all I really needed.

So far, its been working great.

I payed like 2 days ago, i got no email with server properties or such.
Emailed them like 3 times, filled in the helpdesk... nothing

Today they send me an email with: "please share your experience with us!" That's all i got from them.

So someone responded on my complaint on this website. So I emailed them as they asked me.
Guess what?? Nothing!!!

I always used sunny usenet and newsdemon is superior in many ways, speedwise and maximum connections is a lot better, you also get vpn account with it, all in all I am happy with this service, retention also very good!!!

No nonsense straight forward Newsnet Provider. Very easy to subscribe. Package prices are also top notch it's one of the best cheap price out there!

After 3 Days i still haven't received a single mail from Newsdemon, not regarding email confirmation/ account details/ payment that has gone through. Even after the first debit has gone off.

Why would it be taking so long?

Will i even receive anything?

It has nearly been a month now and still no response. Ticketing system does not work either

Even after sending my query to the mentioned email i have had no sucess. Why are non of the support emails getting responded too?

They say your posting request will be handled within 48 hours. I am a new customer and its been over 48 hours since I requested posting.

it would help considerably if the set up instructions were updated to match what actually needs to be done. The links provided in the welcome aboard email all show newsrover but newsrover isn't the product actually supported any more. The domain news groups don't match what actually needs to be installed to work. Terrible terrible instructions....

It isn't until after you try to send in a trouble ticket that you find out what to do.

Works just good and fast, and is relatively cheap. One disadvantage though: max 1 IP can be used at the same time, which can cause some trouble with owning 2 houses, I hope that will be changed in the future. For example you can use 50 connections, so maybe it shall be that you can use 25 connections on the first IP and 25 connections on the second IP.

Recently i purchased a subscription on the newsdemon website. I payed with paypal and followed all the steps displayed.

After waiting for 10 minutes i still didnt receive any email with account details etc. I emailed the support, but they never answered. i even did a claim through paypal, but also without any response.

I did however get a email to 'share my experience', so my email is valid in their systems. Thats also why im able to do this review.

Please watch out people.

Others do it better and more simply.

Pretty happy with the result, Had some issues with authentication at the start after changing my password but I issue was fixed right away. The block purchases are great.
