I created an account and paid through Paypal. However after a couple of days i still haven't received my account.

Download limit on unlimited account?!
I was a customer for a full two days. That's all it took! I'm not even mad, that is impressive! But just looking at the homepage of newsdemon should have scared me away. Looks like a giant lure! Even on my way out of my first "plan" - that lasted a day - they lured me into another "plan", which I accepted.. *facepalm*.. only to cancel after accepting how stupid I have become..
Personally I am heading back to usenetserver asap! (Sorry for strafing!)
EDIT: To be fair, they did fix my problem within 15 minutes after contacting them through their support form, in the evening! I have to reconsider my initial decision to leave. Was 1/5. Could go to 5/5. We'll see! :)

There service is totally abysmal , if you ever need to contact them good luck. Would not use again and would not recommend to anyone I liked.

Best Usenet provider
I have been a Usenet user since the early days of EarthLink Dial-up. EarthLink provided free Usenet access. After they stopped offering access, I bounced around between various free and paid Usenet providers and some of them were ok, but most had incomplete binaries. I had to use two providers to complete binaries.
Not sure how I found Newsdemon (probably through a search engine) but I decided to give them a try. With their advertisements of 99% completion rates and fastest speeds, I was skeptical at first. After a few months of usage, I was a believer. And still am today.

Best usenet provider
I was subscribed for a long time with newsdemon and i dont had problems. For some reason i had to cancel, and on all this time, when i was ready to resubscribe i gave a try to another providers. I took some free trial with over 7 providers and nobody gave the result i wanted. Short retention, inexistent newsgroups and incomplete files, so i asked myself, why waste my time with that crap when i was perfectly happy with the demon, so i returned to them, and i'm happily downloading as ever.
