The best customer service support…

I purchased an eyepod in Dec 2025 and it malfunction in March.i contacted customer support via email to voice my concern. The staff who attended to me was called Esther and she was super helpful and fast response.Without hesitation she arranged a replacement eyepod but I was on holidays in early March and therefore I requested her to hold the item for me until I come back and gave her the green light to send me.When I returned from my holidays towards the end of March I email to her and she immediately organised it to be sent to me. I received it last week and the eyepod is working good this time. My experience of interaction with Newtiful Support Team is fabulous and positive and I recommend people to buy their products.

My phone or credit card was hacked, and a order was placed I requested a refund and received it in a timely manner,and the online chat person was so helpful also.If I ever need a product for my eye I would definitely give Newtiful my business!!!5 Stars

The customer service is extremely…

The customer service is extremely amazing, I’ve been dealing with a representative named Esther. I get a super quick response, the kindness and most considered emails back to my questions or concerns.

Their products are fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service

The emails I sent were responded to quickly and professional. I was having a problem with the charge on the units I ordered. Esther immediately responded with a solution. I was very impressed with how she resolved the problem I was having with one of the eyepods.

They promised a full refund…WHEN I DELETE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW!

I received a very nice email from the company offering me a full refund immediately or a 15% discount if I care to wait for the actual delivery. Of course, I decided upon the full refund which I was told would be processed. “right away.” apparently, their idea of “right away” and mine are two different notions. My refund has still not been processed as of today, March 24, 2026.

Interestingly enough, I did receive another email that asked me to reconsider deleting my negative review. Then there was a veiled threat when it said that after I deleted my review, THEN they would begin processing my refund. I replied that that was not acceptable and that I would be a total fool after what had happened thus far to delete a review in advance of receiving my refund. I said that would be unethical. In case there’s any doubt, I’m copying below a part of the message that I’m referencing:
“If you feel comfortable updating your review to reflect the resolution, we’d be incredibly grateful. Once it’s updated, just let us know and we’ll process everything right away. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve and means so much to our team.”

As I said, there’s still no refund and I’m not updating my review. Be forewarned. This is not a company that you want to deal with in any shape or form. Their promises are completely worthless and not carried through…at least thus far.

END OF UPDATE. Original complaint follows below.

(THREE reputable worldwide tracking companies show no record of any such tracking number. The “tracking
number” only found on “YuniExpress,” which is used by fraudulent companies in China claiming to ship by them… but they never actually ship. All orders remain indefinitely in the "processing" phase instead. I have actual screenshots to prove this allegation as factual.)

I ordered my products for under-eye puffiness on March 11th. I was told the delivery would take between 5 to 7 business days. It was not until after I ordered that I found out my order was shipping from China. It is now March 21st, and my item is still "processing" at the shipping facility in China.

I have written to the company three times. Two times they replied that they were sorry and they were looking into it and would get back to me, which they never did. I have now filed my dispute with PayPal, as I have given up on their foolishness.

The company has a domain registration in Hong Kong, they claim an address in Cyprus, but they don't mention any of that on their ads on Facebook. They lead you to believe it's a U.S. company sending the product from within the United States. It's only after I ordered that I was told that the item was actually coming from China, and that's only because I asked them directly by email.

They also are very clever in that the moment I sent them my money within 24 hours, if that, they send me a an email stating that my items had “shipped,” when in fact, my order had not shipped at all. It's still sitting in China at their “courier” where it has been “processing” since March 12, 2026. I was assured that their employee would research the delay and do all that was possible to expedite my order. That has not happened, of course. This company considers "shipping" as when they turn the package over to their alleged courier. They told me that once they do that, there is nothing they can do. I beg to differ. They can refund all of my money because I'm done waiting. Be warned, this company is not worth your time of day or your money.

Replacement of my unit

I reached to the unit malfunctioning and Christine assisted me in making things right. She went over and beyond her call of duty to make sure everything went smooth and very easy. She is a very pleasant person to work with. She is truly an asset not to mention a keeper 🫶🏼

Christine was my customer service…

Christine was my customer service representative, she responded via email within an hour on the first email request and then followed up every 15 minutes on my email replies back.....WOW! Honestly I was blown away at the speed, understanding of my issue and professionalism. 1 of my eye pods would not vibrate and Christine is sending me 2. I'm really impressed with the level of customer service Newtiful is providing for their product. Simple problem.....I wasn't sure if they would replace or not. I have confidence in this stand up company now........thanks Christine!

I ordered the eye pods kit with the eye…

I ordered the eye pods kit with the eye serum, and unfortunately, the pod didn’t work for me. I needed to return it for the reimbursement and with it being located in China, it would cost me $200 to send it back via ups. The post office would not accept any item that has lithium or any kind of batteries due to safety. I contacted the company and AJ was so helpful in helping me work out a solution. She was prompt with her reply, courteous and kind. I appreciate AJ’s support very much. One we came to an agreement, I promptly received a 50% refund without returning the item.

Very good customer service

Prompt responses and addressed questions and requests quickly. I did not like how the online ordering process seemingly forced you to watch videos ahead of completing your order and was not very clear on what was needed and what came with the eyepods. Thanks to their customer service, those concerns were addressed as well.
