Beyond helpful staff!
I can’t praise the staff in the Treforest branch enough. They were super helpful and patient answering all my questions from viewing to move in. The property is beautiful and I can really make a home here. The only snag was me not being able to get my washing machine connected but the maintenance team had that sorted within 24 hours. As a first time renter, my experience has been just brilliant, I’d recommend the team over and over again.

Please do us all a favour and shut your doors, you do not belong in the world of property management, never mind serviced accommodation. I wish I had checked trust pilot early, completely clueless! Absolute nightmare of a company, stay well away from them.

Nexa is the worst letting agency I have ever come across.
I rented a small flat with them, had contract for two years but I had to leave after less then a year.
The flat was unlivable.
It was OK in summer as paint covered all the problems and when it started to get colder mold started appearing everywhere. It was so bad so thick even after wiping it appeared after 3days again. It caused me a serious health issues like cough, recurring colds, and very bad skin rush lasting several months leaving me with bad scars all over my body. Agency would not do anything at all about the issue, instead they would acuse me of not paying the rent when I always payed on time. Just horrible horrible experience. Avoid!
Worst company ever
I currently rent a property with Nexa, in just the first 6 months there has been 2 leaks in the living room from a burst pipe, rats in my living room from getting through a hole in the roof and a broken boiler where we had no heating for a month in November, we now recently have leaks in the roof downstairs where there's wet patches in the walls and ceiling when it rains. The only thing they've fixed is the leak downstairs and the boiler, but that is after a whole month of reporting and phoning, constantly being told someone is coming out but never turns up, I then email saying no one has turned up and they don't reply. They do not care about your living situation and I hope the landlord knows Nexa doesn't care about their properties either. I will never be renting with them ever again.

Worst company ever! We have rented a student property with this company and it has been by far the worst experience ever.
To start off, few of the boys planned to move in over summer, when we look at the property it had not been prepared at all. The property had not been cleaned whatsoever, no wifi sorted and rooms with mould in it.
We said this to the company and one of their agents said that we would be compensated to when this is fixed... however Nexa went against this and fired the guy and did not compensate us.
the property start date was July and it didn't get cleaned until mid September.
we are currently all students without wifi still! they will not fit it and expect us to do our 5000 word essays in the hallway were the wifi is still not strong.
Furthermore, next door got BURGLED! and its been over a month and they have still not fixed our from door. Living by myself I found it extremely worrying and they did nothing about it.
Moreover, one of they boys rooms has mould in the corner which they tried to fix but did a quick job and there is water still leaking into his room.
we have radiators not fixed and we also have had mice in the property and dead rats in our garden.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience the only person in this awful situation who has been useful is the landlord who means well and has tried helping us through this situation.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
Worst Renting Experience in 10 Years
I've been renting for 10 years and this company is genuinely the worst I've ever come across.
Their office team are unprofessional and can never answer any questions and that's if they do pick up the phone which is a rarity.
Theres 50/50 chance the maintenance team never show up and when they do its on a different day and time to the one agreed.
When they do turn up they never actually fix anything and leave within 10 minutes saying they didn't get the correct info from the office team.
I would avoid at all costs.
Please do not rent from this company
Please do not rent from this company, especially if you are a young person. If you are already renting from them,
when you do eventually move out of one of their houses, dispute the money they want to take from your bond. They will try to take it all!!

lovely man came to check up on our damp and mould problem. he was very kind and solved my issue completely. he left us some of his spray and fresh cloths so we could keep up with our problem if it ever arises again. thankyou very much. i didn’t capture his name but i know that he’s a very hard worker who deserves great success!! thankyou very much to the maintenance team!!
