The settee is gorgeous... I was the burnt orange colour would not be a bright as the picture, but it is.😊🟠

Fabulous Everything
Fabulous service , I ordered, received a confirmation phone call straight away and my tub chair was delivered the next day. I was so impressed with the procedure and the chair so much so I will be ordering another tub chair later in the year. Definitely recommend this company.

Good after sales
Although I cannot fault the ordering and the speedy delivery of the sofa, unfortunately the sofa is not suited to my particular needs although it may suit others. I realise that I needed a more robust sofa. Lee the customer services manager was most helpful in resolving the issue and is prepared to issue a full refund.

My 3 seat leather sofa arrived today in a box & unpacked by 2 gentlemen. Nice sofa, very disappointing that they don't take the packaging away, difficult for a pensioner with a bad shoulder to get rid of! Not sure what "white glove delivery" means as neither man wore white gloves??

Very efficient ordering service
Very efficient ordering service. Would say excellent customer service. We opted for delivery and set up which was carried out by the company who delivered again that was hassle free. Very impressed with the chairs very good quality at a good price. Would thoroughly recommend.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! I had been looking for a 2 seater sofa for some time and came across Next Day Sofas on my search on the internet. Having read the great reviews I had a look at their what they had on offer. There was so much choice and such lovely colours available.
It took me a while, but eventually I chose my sofa and started ordering. Sadly it was out of stock and a message appeared to ring the office, which I did. I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful lady. She advised that more stock was on it's way within a couple of weeks and still at the sale price. I was delighted.
True to her word I received an email to advise the sofa had arrived and the delivery company would be in touch to sort a date and time. What a superb system, as within 48 hours I had been contacted with a date and time for delivery and along with a phone call an hour before it arrived I could not have asked for better service and excellent communication.
And the best bit of all....the sofa is beautiful. It's a gorgeous colour, really comfortable and I love it.
I definitely recommend you take a look at Next Day Sofas as I am sure you won't be disappointed.

No issues at all
Great communication on delivery and what to expect. The sofa is exactly what I wanted. I didn't need Next Day, nor did I expect it as I ordered on Christmas eve, but the company kept in touch and it was very quick compared to other companies. They put it together (left the box in case of return) and I've had no issues.
