Martin's initial Zoom meeting clearly explained what the course entailed and what was required to achieve the qualification. This helped me in preparing for each unit and enabled me to achieve the criteria for each unit on first attempt without the need to resubmit.

The initial contact and 1-1 induction were instrumental in setting me up for success, giving me access to the course content via the Moodle platform.
