Having spoken to many providers while searching for a course, I was very impressed with Next Level Impact from our first call. Firstly, my call was picked up very quickly and professionally, this doesn't happen with many providers. Secondly, after having a long and informative discussion with a Tutor/Mentor, Martin, he guided me to the most appropriate course and talked me through all of the details. This professional consultation and Martin's encouragement and clear expertise were so impressive that I agreed to sign up and have never regretted that decision. Fantastic online course provider, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had full support and guidance from Martin throughout, who was always helpful and encouraging. I think this company is amazing! I have done 2x level 7 courses early last year and have just completed a Level 8 course with them over the past 7 months.
Their courses are well priced and work is marked quickly. Their feedback to submitted work is detailed so you can correct any issues quickly and accurately.
Martin is always helpful and he has helped me both face-to-face via zoom and email, by which he is always quick to respond.

He was extremely informative in all fields and made the classes very interactive and interesting. Martin was very approachable and was always available if you needed any advice.

On my induction day to the course, when I seen the work that I had to do I wasn't confident that I could finish the course. I have visual dyslexia and have struggled with writing essays before, but with the support and guidance of Martin he broke the course down into parts and helped me get the confidence and mentality to complete it. With the feedback and guidance given, it has changed my outlook on work and given me the confidence to push upwards with my career.
