Ludwig Van Normainen Is a CON MAN. I used this software a handful of times back in 2021. Since then I been charged every year despite asking for a cancellation. I have opened disputes with PayPal, got new bank cards and even opened a fraud case with my bank. My bank refunded me last year assuming that would be the end of it but he is still taking money from my account for software I haven’t used in years and also asked numerous times to be cancelled. I’d advise staying away from anything that has his name on.

Zero support, no response to simple support tickets. No updates either. Do not use their plugins, they aren't safe going fowards.

Cancelled my Subscription several times. But they keep charging yearly the 50 Bucks. They are not responding to E-Mails or on support tickets.

Many years this was a good plugin. Many years ago, the abandoned the updates. Support was never responding.

It seems now the milk out the customers until everybody has changed the Creditcard.

Do not business with them

I had services with nextscripts for many years. The have never been good with customer service. Never good with customer support. always very slow but now they would eventually get back to you. Now the past 3 support tickets have been left unread. 1 way back from at least 4 months ago, another from 3 months ago and one from 2/20/24 all unread.They have no customer service phone number. I sent then a facebook message on 2/20/24 and it is still unread! Do not sign up witb this company! I have had problems with their autoposter for 6 months. I have been unable to get help therefore their service is useless to me. I went and logged into my account and clicked "request cancellation" 2 months ago which is the only way to cancel as there is no customer service phone number. I removed my paypal account from my nextscripts account. Then I went to paypal and removed permission for automatic payments to nextscripts but somehow on 2/20/24 they charged my Discover card $49.95 for another full year of services. I guess they able to do this since my paypal account and my discover card iare linked. No way to contact the company about this problen which is convienent for Nextscripts. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. This has been a huge hassel!

Company is a con. Been billed for 2 years and have never used it. I’ve cancelled the subscription through PayPal but now money is being taken direct from my account.

I’ve emailed support three times last year but emails just get ignored.

The terms on their website are fake too as no payment reminder emails were ever sent.

Avoid company at all costs

Premium API doesn't work | Inactive. They lie on their site and still selling it.

Do not support or buy from these unprofessional plugins and software developers. They also have the nerve to say no REFUND when the API is not working. They are obviously trying to steal money from people.

They have the nerve to even have a sale going on to rope people in. Use your credit card you will get your money back. If you use PayPal you might ass out of your money.

I recently purchased the NextScripts WordPress plugin, hoping it would help me streamline my social media management. Unfortunately, my experience with the company's technical support has been extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out to them twice for assistance with the product, I have not received any response from their team.

If you're considering purchasing the NextScripts plugin, I would caution you to think twice before doing so. While the product itself may have potential, the lack of customer support is a major red flag. If you encounter any issues with the plugin, it seems unlikely that you'll be able to get the help you need.

Overall, I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. It's a shame to see such a promising tool ruined by such poor customer service.

Terrible company, totally ignores both support requests and requests for refunds. The plugin does not work atl all and the don't make any support at all. Pure garbage. DO NOT USE. DO NOT BUY. You will lose your money.

NextScripts.com do not use this plugin. Their support is horrible. I purchased the plugin last year only to find out it doesn't work the way I intended to use it. I was told I couldn't get a refund. I took it as a loss. I had no idea that they added an automatic renewal subscription to my PayPal account. Their agreement states "Our system will send you 3 emails with the reminder of upcoming payment and instructions how to cancel subscription – 30 days before renewal, 7 days before renewal, and 1 day before renewal." This never happened. I got charged $50 US without my knowledge. When I asked to get a refund they denied it as they have a no refund policy. This is just bad business. I believe they do this to many people and on purpose. I've since then cancelled the PayPal subscription and I'm telling my side of the story for you all to see.

Total Crap, Does Not Work As Advertised Support Non Existant.

Configuration is a bit tricky, but once you make it work, it performs beautifully. You just write a post and boom, it’s auto-shared to all your accounts. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Support takes some time to response, but they were actually helpful. Over it is a very good experience.

Please do not purchase their plugins or any services. if you found any fault they do not refund your any money.

Bloke is a rip off I will be contact paypal press office to ask why this monkey is still allowed to sell something that is a fake

Myself and many other people I know have used NextScripts SNAP Autoposter Pro for a number of years.

So while the plugin generally works for your WordPress site, it can be a hit and miss afair.

If it does not work, the plugin author points people to general FAQ and seems very reluctant to address real bugs.

I have raised a number of bugs, of which only one was fixed. Tah was because I dug into the code, found the bug in an outdated third-party library and suggested a one line code fix.

All of the other bugs, which seem to be difficult to solve, end up being abandoned and never answered.

Plugin Not Activated, No Support

I purchased this plugin (more than once), the "API" does not get activated, and I no longer need the plugin, support doesn't respond, I just want to refund my purchase as I have moved on to a different plugin

FACEBOOK COMMENTS - I purchased the premium version for Facebook comment importing.

It does not work. it has never worked for me.

GOOGLE MY BUSINESS - plugin api does not work with Google My Business (mandatory to buy to have the GMB channel) - no support even if their product is faulty.

SUPPORT - Created multiple support tickets with ZERO response. Plugin has not been updated in months with ZERO sign of life.

Pity you can’t leave zero review took money from my account from a pre PayPal agreement. Asked nicely if they’d refund as never used their services nor would be using in the future. Got ignored on numerous emails seems taking money is more important than decent customer service shocking

The developer disappeared and stop responding to tickets, refuses to issue refunds, and is very unpleasant to deal with. After 6 months I still do not have the correct plug in version in my account that I paid for.
