I just purchased this product - Don't wait for help form them!
I just purchased this product for $99/year yesterday.
I find the help non-existent, their email responses non-existent, the online guides very POOR!
Have requested information on how to do one platform (Facebook) and still waiting for help.
Can't find any help online (text or videos) on how to get the information they need for the PHP API to work. This is just one platform (FB).
Very poor - the product maybe a good one but hard to tell if you have to spend days on end to configure a SINGLE connection.

Hacked our website after dispute. Please do not buy this guys plugin.
Please do not buy this guys plugin. Waited for 1 month for help never bother to refund. Reported to dispute. When they lost case, they deleted our all valuable content from our website. Just for $49.99 plugin and accussed us by writing on login page that we are using stolen software on our site. Learn customer service first, if you guys can't help than simply refund money instead of deleting all files from website loosers!!!

I was billed for 2 YEARS and I only used the service for less than a week.
After contacting support, I was linked to an article on their website, but no one was willing to discuss the issue 1 on 1. Had to open a paypal dispute.
Deal with caution!

support is terrible, i have purchased the plugin 3x trying to get a key that works and Ludwig Van Normainen clearly doesnt read my question.
ignores my requests for refunds of 3 purchases.
will never buy this tool again.
