As a first-time buyer, the process has been overwhelming at times. Dereck from NHG Homes made everything feel far less complex. Even though I’m still in the journey, he took the time to explain things, and I never once felt rushed. He really grasped the idea of what exactly I was looking for. After viewing many properties and having some mixed experiences, it felt he really has that ability to genuinely speak my language, which makes all the difference when making final decisions.

He was always available and I feel he never took a break as It felt I could always get hold of him.
