Absolutely great experience with warm welcoming team who were kindly able to provide the relevant details.

Avoid avoid avoid they kill animals and wildlife, us residents have refused them to build houses 5 times and they broken the law by building houses when its been REFUSED they slaughter wildlife for FUN! They abuse residents by hitting and throwing there equipment at us, they smoke weed and growing weed we have reported them to Essex police, avoid this people

Having never bought a new build before, Fabian was very helpful in discussing the properties and the small estate at The Russetts. I cannot fault his service.
My decision not to buy was more down to personal taste. A downside for me was the so called Master Bedroom, which I felt was very small and impractical.

Visited the Hazelwood Aberdeen office where we dealt with Andrea . A very friendly and most informative experience indeed . She was most knowledgeable and any queries we had were answered to our satisfaction.

My partner and I went to see a property with Dandara today in North Mundham that was shown to us by the extremely accommodating Ashley, who made a skeleton construction site available for us to get a feel for the layout of a certain property. This is our second time visiting this development area - mostly due to its location and style, but also due to an advisor like Ashley, who goes above and beyond to ensure we are informed about all the big and small ‘ins and outs’ and makes us feel extremely supported when looking at this big next step of buying a house.

Overall experience with Dandara and Bradley & Hannah specifically for the Walton area has been excellent. Consistent communication and always available to answer queries, they’ve gone over and above with requests specific to my purchase which has been a great help.

The entire process, from start to finish, has been smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Charlotte’s support. Having come from a new-build property before, we were a bit worried about going through the snagging process again, but those concerns quickly disappeared. We’ve been really impressed with the build quality at The Pines and the level of detail. Any minor issues we’ve noticed so far have been handled promptly and professionally by the site team.

Care and patience in spending time to explain and guide us around the site. Fabian was outstanding in carrying out his obligations to his clients and is an amazing advertisement for the company
