Chris at Meadow View has been great at showing properties (multiple times), explaining everything for us, answering our questions and making the process feel smooth.

We met our representative to show us around Manor Park. The experience to this point was very positive from all members of the team that we’ve dealt with, questions where answered clearly and in depth which has lead us to having a very positive experience and we are looking forward to future dealings with the team at Dandara.
The location of Manor Park fitted our overall requirements it was a very clean and highly professional service and show room.

Choice of properties and location not suitable for me.

Cannot recommend Sean enough at Manor Park. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing showing me around all of there gorgeous and amazing 5 star houses. I’m so happy with how the visit went. Communication has been spot on. All of my questions were answered, I have come away with so much to think about!

Went to look at some new houses in Hawkhurst on Saturday 12th September Didnt have appointment but Julie was happy to take us round 5 show homes. Julie was very helpful with great knowledge of the properties. Really nice site with good layout of homes

We are delighted with our new home in Reayrt Mie, Ballasalla.
The finish and quality is perfect and reflects that on display in the show house.
At the start of the process the sales team were able to give us everything we needed at that point, we were given a tour of the show house and permitted to look around for as long as we wished afterwards.
We were also directed to the website which provided a virtual tour of the property we were interested in.

As the process progressed the sales team were able to help and offer advice whilst deciding on choices to the finish with regards to extras, flooring, tiles, kitchen etc. This was completed over a number of weeks without being rushed or feeling pressured into make decisions quickly.

All of the staff we have interacted with have been polite, courteous and always helpful

We have had cause to contact customer care since moving in and received a speedy response which resolved our issue, again the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Whilst we understand the difficulties in allowing potential buyers onto a functioning building site, it would have been helpful and reassuring to have had access to a similar property to view it inside as it approached completion.

Hello, just back from viewing house type Ash 2 & 3 at Hazelwood and wanted to feedback that the sales representative took lots of time with me, answered all my questions clearly, honestly and to the best of their ability which I appreciated, greatly.

We were received warmly by Andrea and courteously taken to view the property of interest. Friendly and professional.

Visited Buckmore green on the off chance, Tracy showed me around the show homes and gave me all the information I required at this moment

Do not buy any house with dandara if Remus management manage the property.. you will be making the biggest mistake of your life.

I bought a house with Dandara in 2025 and before I wright this review I did though, reflect, give them several chances and after so many apologies from them this needs to be highlighted for future costumers of this company.
From the first interaction until you move in to the property everything is amazing, however once you move in the problems, avoidance, lack of communication, multiple apologies and persisting problems at property accumulate and never been sorted or addressed appropriately.
I have had multiple issues with my property and several handy mans come to sorts few of them suck as painters, carpenters, plumbers, other builders. I could document problem after problem however in the end will be a book given the length of problems and concerns in the last year. I am just going to focus in one of the problems and for me the most serious so far and still not address. I have reported last winter that my drive way and my garage after medium rain was flooded. The driveway was act on and sorted, however there’s multiple properties in the surroundings that have an ACO drain and nil of my neighbours have had any flooding problems, I did suggest this to be done at my property but the reply (after being ignored) was that the garage is not a place to live in and therefore is classed as second property, therefore nil further action required from them.
After multiple emails and insisting on this persistent issue, they came up with a solution, garage door seals/strip. Please not, this was addressed since I’ve moved in 1,5 years ago, last June was the last email from costumer care regarding this, we are in middle of September and not even a phone call, a email or any arrangements to address this.
An ACO-drain is the solution, I had external contractor coming in and I’ve got a report stating the above, the report was presented and email to costumer care but from their side the strip is the solution. At present, no strip, no reply, no ACO-drain, nothing.
If you buy a house to Dandara company, after purchase, just prepare yourself to be ignored, unsupported and just be by yourself. Ignore the 2 years warranty and just act yourself and please make sure you have money in your pocket to sort out all the problems that arise at property from the very beginning.
Please think before you spend your time and money with Dandara.
