Purchased an infant frame with slide…
Purchased an infant frame with slide and steps as a birthday present for my granddaughter, my wife collected it from their warehouse and when she brought it home I was surprised to see that it wasn’t packaged, just loose timbers and a box of screws and one set of handles. Problem 1;-Two sets of handles were required. Problem 2;- none of the timber was pre-drilled. Problem 3;- no assembly instructions. Problem 4;- steps cut at incorrect angles and too tall for the height of the platform. Problem 5;- The timber planed size is about 32mm so when attached both sides of a 430mm long timber it added up to 494mm and was 6mm shorter than the 500mm long timber it was supposed to match to form the rectangular raised platform for the slide.
Problem 6;- as a knock on effect of the platform not being rectangular the floor boards needed trimmed.
Problem 7;- timber edges not sanded.
Basically an expensive but very poor quality product.

There is full instruction's on our website, bespoke items will not come with instruction's sadly. Alot of elements of our sets will not require pre drilled holes, there will be brackets and smaller holes from finer screws.
Thankfully we do not often get reviews of poor quality or similar, if possible can you send this on and we will endeavour to get this resolved for you asap!

Top quality product and service.
This company is one of the most professional, efficient and helpful companies that I have encountered and the quality of the product speaks for itself. We purchased a swingset and from the very 1st contact to the after sales service they've been brilliant. Our kids love the swingset and spend so much time playing on it. It's great. The lady we dealt with on the phone and in the showroom was really helpful, there was no hard sell and she was able to answer all our questions. We had a minor issue after instalment but gentleman in customer service dealt with it straight away. I'm extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend NI Climbing Frames.

Parts missing. Birthday weekend ruined.
Ordered for a family birthday weekend. The climbing frame was delivered on the Wednesday. We started to build it that afternoon and discovered the largest bolts (to hold everything together) were missing. After a phone call to them we were told to get them locally and they’d reimburse us; no where locally had them. They then said we could drive down and get them, not acceptable. They wouldn’t deliver them but instead sent them “by courier” they arrived a full week later. Birthday weekend ruined!
We then started to build it and it’s just bad quality; cuts are off, screws are poor quality and break or are too long etc.
It’s up now, but definitely would not have bought it had we know all of this.

Hi, Thanks alot for the feedback, we do apologise about this hassle. on occasion the packaging can get damaged by courier, sadly delivery would normally be a minimum of 2 days so we know when people are in a rush they can normally buy them locally in the likes of screwfix and get there sets up asap!

Excellent product, seamless service
The 8 seater round picnic table is sturdy, easy to assemble and excellent quality. Delivery was very fast and the price was very reasonable. I’m very happy with it and would buy again.
