I knocked one star for a longer delivery time than quoted. These Guys do a quality job and get busy for that very reason.

Fantastic business
Fantastic place, I had to have my irons and wedges re gripped and after advice to go larger due to over gripping I visited Nine by Nine , Jordan was very helpful and fitted me to the grips by offering choices on clubs, I settled on a midsize grip in plus4 , the service was prompt and good value.
I collected my clubs 2 days later and pleased to say I shot my best round to date !
Kerry was also very welcoming, I got a good vibe from all the staff I met and will definitely use them again when upgrading in the future.

Paid for next day delivery cause it stated the shaft was in stock and it wasn’t, then got told would come next day after waiting 3 days then didn’t and had to wait again. Emailed and no reply to that either. Good work guys! 👍🏼

With the wide range of products we offer we can’t always keep everything in stock, which is why we specify 6 business days despatch on the product you had ordered, with it being shipped on a next day service. It looks like you have now received your order in 5 days since placing the order, so we are pleased we have managed to keep to our timescale on the product.

Ninebynine are second to none
Ninebynine are second to none. Good service and always on hand to help. Bought a few things from them now and always well built clubs. Pity you are too far away for a visit but will use them if I am after anything new in the future.

Superb Clubmakers.
I am only able to give 4 stars for 9by9 for the set of Ping irons and wedges they customised for me because of the time delay in getting the clubs from Ping in the first place, else this would be the easiest 5* review ever. Matt was really helpful in running through the entire process and when the delays became clear, he was very generous and helpful in minimising the delay and ensuring I was kept up to date. The clubs? Superb. Details? Superb Club making? Superb. spec - spot on. Will definitely use 9by9 again

Order made and paid for but after 3 weeks I had to chase up for update on the status of my order progress and delivery. I only had communication when I made enquiries and felt like poor customer service.
