Order made and paid for but after 3 weeks I had to chase up for update on the status of my order progress and delivery. I only had communication when I made enquiries and felt like poor customer service.

Wedge Fitting
I had a wedge fitting with Mark. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I got the clubs earlier than expected and have been very pleased all round with their performance. Excellent experience.

Order placed on 6 March
Order placed on 6 March, it arrives on 31 March. The time to fulfil my order is too long. I ordered a titleist GT1 3 wood, and the shaft it comes with without extra cost is useless (which is different than stock shaft) I wonder would the stock shaft is better. In the end I have to pay extra to buy a new shaft for it.

I’m sorry the turnaround felt too long. We’re currently working within a 3–4 week lead time, with all clubs assembled in-house to order. It allows us to control the build quality right down to the smallest detail, but it can take a little longer than expected.
On the shaft, we offer a different no-upcharge option to Titleist’s standard stock, which won’t always suit every player. That’s where the wider range of custom options comes in, but I appreciate that may not have been clear at the point of ordering.
If you’d like to revisit the setup or talk through alternatives, our PGA-trained team is always here to help.

My first ever fitting
My first ever fitting which was carried out in a relaxed atmosphere. No sales pressure just honest help to try and improve my game. Excellent comprehensive fitting
Excellent, comprehensive, fitting with a variety of options in terms of heads, shafts, grips, loft & lie. Mark is extremely knowledgeable in interpreting the various data gathered during the fit and also in understanding personal preferences as to “feel” to help his clients arrive at the optimal choice. The build quality of the various components into the completed clubs is also superb down to the smallest detail. 10/10.

Results beyond my expectations
I was skeptical about the process of club fitting but decided to try it out. Mark was brilliant. He carefully went through my clubs and was meticulous in working out what would work for my swing. The result has been beyond my expectations and my scores have started to drop already. I’d definitely recommend Mark and Ninebynine if you want to improve your game.
