If I could give 0 stars I would. The games are ok and that’s it. Here’s the crap thing. I won £200 and I’ve been trying to withdraw £150 for 2 days but I have been having issues and I am unable to ithdraw. 1st reason i was given you are not verified. Verification done now I can’t withdraw because I have an active bonus. Tried to use the bonus and it’s taking credit rather than using the free spins. Contacted support they say it’s been escalated but they don’t know a resolution time. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s impossible. I wish I had read the reviews

Tried to withdraw. Said cancelled by payment system. Spoke to chat and they disconnected me and blocked the chat from working!

Hi all, please never play this casino they are spam. I reported to my banks so in the future they can stop other people making deposit on it. I sent several documents to verify my documents and including the transaction I made to them they refused it and they took all winning money back it was nearly £5500. Please don’t pay with Nine casino they are completely scam.

Total scam do not play it, you cannot withdraw, I am now getting the fraud squad involved in this site 😁 and don’t care how long it takes

Dont do it! Took my money and then will not pay my winnings! I even re wagered to meet the conditions so lost some of my 400 pound winnings and when i withdrew they cancelled it - this happened 7 times!!!!! All you get is there is a technical issue. Be patient. Total scam! This needs to go to the authorities as it’s robbing people of their money! Also on my bank statement the deposits show as three different companies with added pence on to the amount so a a 20 pound deposit was 20.06 and then was charged for a non sterling transaction even though it was gbp when deposited! Total scammers must be some pyramid scheme or something

Absolutely tragic. I know there are alot of scams put there so I alway ls check what the withdrawal amount is before I deposit any money. Did this and the withdraw page was clear (non minimum withdrawal amount). Put in £25 to withdraw £20 so had a fiver to play with and checked again... withdrawl amount went to £100.... I mean what a joke. I think these platforms are easy to set up. But there needs to be support for consumers to complain and get companies like this binned. Wish I had read the reviews before as alot say the same. Error on my behalf.

Played nine win for a while now, as soon as I win a decent amount, all of a sudden they have technical issues not allowed to withdraw my winnings. No help what so ever from support.

Stay away it’s a scam you deposit and they take but they will never pay out any winnings I’ve just tried and when I tried to talk to them they shut my account taking all of what I had in there

Worse site ever. Won a couple of hundred, now tech issues, I've spoken to 4 different help agents. All I get is text book answers. Absolute thieves. Avoid at all costs and it will cost you!

Worst gambling experience ever won £150, I am verified however they will not release the money stay away from this site big scam. Ive spoke to support and they say it has been a “technical issue” and the withdrawal has been cancelled they are no help and keep saying try back later.

I'm fully verified and trying to withdraw to the same card I signed up with and deposited on... starting to believe this site is a scam... I'd ADVISE STAY AWAY.

Also email confirming cash out cancelled says to contact customer support and they always say they can't help its just technical error.... WORST SITE EVER...

Absolute robbery of a site. Can't withdraw until you've wagered 3x deposit. Minimum withdrawal is £100. Tried to withdraw over £200 and it was rejected. They then paid it back into my account and it was classed as a deposit so had to wager 3x that to attempt to withdraw again. You then get no payouts so lose it all. Thought this was a one time thing but isn't. Entire site is a scam, avoid at all costs.
