Pros:

RTP for slots is pretty good. Best I've ever played.You really do have a good chance of winning here.

Cons:

The withdrawal process is a nightmare. I've managed to withdraw £4k this week but that is after having multiple cancelled requests. They seem to take 24 hours to respond to a withdrawal request and if it gets to 24 hours, they will cancel it. If they process it within 24 hours, it will be paid. There is no rhyme or reason to it but I found that if I withdrew in £1k increments, then they would be more likely to accept the request. I did contact support and they said they were having technical issues, which seeks unlikely for that amount of time.

The money comes in to the bank account from different companies. Which is very dodgy.

All in all, a fun casino to play at but the withdrawal process ruins it because if you were to hit a big win, which is entirely possible at Nine Win due to the RTP, there is no guarantee how much you'd actually be able to withdraw.

Yh pretty much a dodgy company avoid these rapist's, you win once so once you win that big first amount run

I open my account on the 9th March deposited thousands and hit a big win of £47,568 to then try and withdraw which I had to verify my account what was a absolute nightmare but I finally managed to get my account verified so tried to withdraw again only to be told my account is still not verified, I checked this and they cancelled my verification and asked for bank statements again which I told them I had already given these so they then said it was verified.

I tried to withdraw funds only to be waiting nearly three days without them doing anything with it.

I logged on to online chat to see what was going on and to say I would be making a complaint to the gambling commission about this and there reply was we have closed your account read the terms and conditions which I have and I have followed every rule.

They even had the cheek to ask me if I would consider a refund.

deposited £20 as this is the minimum amount, played a few games and won £50.

Had a read of the T&C and not once is it mentioned any minimum withdrawal amounts.

Then they ask for proof of ID, banking statements for it to be “considered”, they make it up as they go and do everything they can to avoid paying you out.

I even just asked just for my £20 back and its back and forth emails avoiding paying you anything back. AVOID THIS SCAM BIG TIME !!

Scam registered they took £20 deposit. I won some money, went to withdraw and they told me minimum withdrawal is £100. So played until I won over £100 was told £20 of my balance was bonus cash so I still can’t make a withdrawal. Played until I had over £120 In winnings. Withdrew £100 I get an email 6 hours later saying withdrawal cancelled asking me to verify my details. Requesting Passport/Driving Licence, Bank Statement and copy of my credit card. If the National Lottery can make payments to me without all of the above I’d expect Nine Win to be able to do so too. I’d have to be born yesterday to send the amount of information these scam artists requested to send me a £100 payment. Keep the money I guess you need it more than me. However I’ll still make an official complaint in the hope you’re stopped from scamming others. Dishonest thieves.
