This should be zero. Absolute scammers. Copied games and fixed. I played low stakes and spent £200 no bonuses and not even 2% rtp. Avoid at all costs. Also you can't verify your account before trying a withdrawal. They do this so you have to jump through hurdles to try and get your money. These sites shouldn't be allowed because it is plain fraud

I have 2 payments(1000£+) pending out of my bank account to this scam site they've been pending for a week!!! They are nit transactions I've authorised and they will not cancel them! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!

This so called legitimate company allowed me to register and deposit several hundreds of pounds whilst having an active status on an international self exclusion program!
When making them aware of this they asked for evidence which I sent.
In addition to this I also supplied evidence that I have a gambling block on my bank account and provided them significant evidence of my ongoing difficulties with bipolar and real challenges that the symptoms present with reckless and impulsive behaviour.
They recognised my self exclusion evidence and admitted their failure to protect me and asked for my international banking credentials so that they could submit a full refund along with a satisfactory level of compensation.
I provided them with the information.
I have received one more email stating that they had passed this on to the responsible department!
I have heard nothing since even though I have contacted them at least 10 times.
Nothing short of disgusting and out right CRIMINAL!
They are part of large CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE which includes Nine Casino and Jokabet.

After weeks of back and forth in regards to my withdrawal I have now been told it has been sent to the payment provider (sgate) this was sent on 11/04/2024 and I’ve been advised to wait the 5 banking days. Email me at danjack2424 (at) gmail (dot) com and I will advise you the procedure I took

This has been a very long process and frustrating at times because they don’t tell you anything or give any updates. The withdrawal process definitely is not 24 hours as stated on the terms and conditions.

Im having issues at the moment withdrawing my funds. My account is fully verified and they say it shouldnt be a problem. It takes my deposit but i get an error message when i withdraw. They say its a technical issue but theyr not fixing it!!

It’s big scam you will never recover your deposit or wining

There a total scam!! Last week after wining they asked me to verify my account (should’ve been done before I wanted to withdraw) so I done it, waiting around for the response 2 come back passed n the proof of payment declined, tried again, declined! At first they asked for me to send my card front and back .. covering the first 6 and the last 4 digits do I did and then last time they asked me to send my card again front and back and cover the middle 6??? Meaning if I’d sent it over they have all my cards details, all my details on my ID too, details from my letters I provided! I don’t know who to contact regarding my winnings but will never be using this app again! Awful…..

Don't no use this site. You will win loads on bonus money, which you cannot withdraw. As soon as you start playing with really money you won't win a thing. You can literally see the difference, you get win after win. Soon as you start on really money, bonuses wins dry up completely.
