Had wins here and there, which has amounted up to just under £300, tried to get the money back, and they asked for proof of identity. Passport with with photo, card number with the middle 6 digits no showing, account number and sort code for my bank, including security number on the back of the card. Now surely if you have been depositing money to play games, then they should have all these details any way for you to withdraw..? I am trying to get back what I have in my winning account, but it does sound like I have been scammed…!

I can’t say it not a scam because it is sty away this is not what you think to get when put money it will take seconds but on the way out 😏

Withdrawal just kept getting cancelled and each time was over the 24 hours then they decided I need to get my account verified after 3 days of trying to withdraw. I’d stay clear there’s much better casinos out there with easier withdrawal and verification processes. They purposely do it so you spend your balance. Doubt I would have ever got my money so I just played it down to empty, even after reaching 2k 😂

Now we have a problem large amount in my fund account they suspended my account no reply to emails
Chat stating that there investigation my Account.
Account is fully verified so don't see any problem but email support is refusing to reply to my concerns

I've got 41k in my account
They are refusing to allow me to withdraw it .
Live chat just keep making up lies about I will have to wait they are reviewing my account.
Email support does not reply or communicate with me .
Now I'm banned from live chat for getting angry at them
So can't communicate atall so looks like I will have to contact all the authorities to see if I can get my money .

After sending about 50 emails I got a reply to only one saying my account will still be suspended but I can go and withdraw my funds with termand conditions.
Tried to do this but every withdrawal just say something went wrong try again .
Looks like there truing every tactic to keep my money .
They have now reduced daily withdraw to 2k

I have found it impossible to verify my email as I want to make a withdrawal. They kept sending link to verify. You only get 60 seconds or you need to request withdrawal again. I done this 5 or 6 times. No email arrived. Then got onto a chat with them .they sent the link again this time it did arrive. But the link to click on wasn't lit up just hazy and dim and doesn't let me click on it. I'm no further now than when I started yesterday morning. Very disappointed in this site.

Forgot I had some cashback and used this to play. Won a 1k and you guessed it my withdrawal was rejected. Ended up losing it in the end. It looks as though I am one of many people having issues withdrawing with this site. I have now been waiting over a week for my withdrawal.

Twice they have told me they have sent the funds to my bank and then they have reappeared on my casino account. They keep telling me there is an issue with my payment method, but this is lies. They have told me to choose another withdrawal method but the only other one besides bank transfer is BinancePay which appears to be something to do with Crypto.

I have asked to speak to a manager and this has been refused. I have been told to email them, I have now done this but I have no faith anyone will help.

I am hoping they read these comments, if it carries on much longer I will report them to governing bodies and also to my bank.

Absolute dishonesty!!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my withdrawal, speaking to endless agents about how it’s a “technical issue” on their end.
It took minuets for them to extract money from my account and after verifying my account a number of times I am no closer to receiving my winnings.

Please, please, please stay away and don’t use this firm, I am owed 3 thousand pounds which I am slowly accepting I will never see.

Never done a review before but wanted to say really unfairly represented. The withdrawal limit is 100 (read the details before depositing) this did get me at the start but should have checked. once verified withdrawal took one working day. Really easy to use interface. Loved fishin frenzy
