Keep your money in your bank . They take your money and details , set up an account. Let you spend then as soon as you want to withdraw you have to provide all sorts to prove who you are and be verified. Surely you shouldn't be able to deposit until there sure its you but you can . You just can't withdraw anything. Then your left pending . Steer well clear

AVOID at all cost i deposit £20 £20 it came out my bank saying two different companies i won £890 i tried so withdraw £860 they cancelled it and asked for passports 2X utility bills then i rang the bank to make sure nothing comes out and they told me i had a £500 pending to come out. AVOID

Deposited £20, built that to £75 and was told couldn't withdraw bc minimum withdrawal was £100.
Was then told by live chat that even if I deposited £25 more I still wouldn't be able to withdraw because I wouldve had to wager my entire deposit at least 1x. Worst experience I've had with an online casino.

I was very apprehensive reading the previous reviews but honestly there's not much I can complain about.
Customer service are always super helpful. Payout is a little slower than I'd like but most of the time it's less than 24 hours.

Guys watch out for this casino I deposited £20 and did not get it deposited into the account . After approaching them they told me I'd had to wait 3 business days for the deposit I said that disgusting who makes a deposit and then waits three days to play so I asked for a refund and they are so troublesome I have to now challenge it with the bank and get the bank to chase them they are taking people's money and not giving it back thankfully it's only £20 but guys I'd stay clear of ninewins casino

I attempted to deposit. Big mistake. It failed on there side, then around half an hour later they took the money from my bank account and did not deposit it to my account. They have still not paid this back despite numerous emails promising they would. Now they just don’t reply.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They have took my money, I won a large amount of money and they wanted MULTIPLE bank statements which I provided. My ID, photo pictures of me with my card and they said they suspect fraud and my 50k won't be paid. I will be taking this further. Disgusting site. I've spent hundreds as well.
Update: they said my winnings are void even though I did nothing wrong and sent over every documentation.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Avoid like the plague, they are very quick to take deposits but they refuse to pay out any winnings. No verification is needed to deposit but as soon as you try and withdraw they want proof of your whole life. My account has been verified serval times and then as soon as your able to withdraw they then un verify your account And cancel your withdrawal request. Then they ask for more documents. All whilst this is going on your are told a load of lies from each agent you speak to on live chat assuring you, you will get the funds. I’ve been told serval times there are delays or there is technical issues. Basically the same stuff everyone else who has left a negative review has said. A few days ago whilst my account was verified I went onto live chat for an update and they suspended my account. Guess what I was then asked for more documents. This was supplied and now all of a sudden they have fully closed and blocked my account. They have the audacity to class it as fraud and they want to refund me only for the deposit I won a large amount with… pretty sure if they suspected fraud they would be refunding me for all deposits which is what it states in their t&cs. Not just the one deposit I won a jackpot with. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and read the reviews first. They are a horrible site, cause nothing but constant stress and confusion. Please use a more reputable site and don’t give them a single penny of your money. Don’t look at the positive reviews these are clearly fake as I’ve noticed a pattern and that pattern consists of, them getting serval bad reviews then all of a sudden a couple of positive ones. Update..
I contacted them on live chat to see how much longer it will take before I receive the refund for my last deposit and that’s when I was told by one agent they have actually processed my large win instead, but then the next agent I spoke to said they haven’t processed it yet but it will be processed soon. Am not holding my breath and even if I receive my winnings I still would NOT recommend this site.

Another update
Contacted like chat again after been told by two agents that I would be receiving my winnings to then be told that what they had said was an error. Sites beyond a joke. They just tell you what you want to hear then when you ask them for an update they just backtrack. Still waiting on one of my deposits been refunded… AVOID, is all I can say.
