I’ve added 3 deposits and not recived one of them !! And then told it can take upto 3 working day !!! Really it was bank transferred !! And I won’t 3 times it let me withdraw then I won £2000 it asked me for ID told them I don’t own photo if and they refused to let me withdraw but let u deposit REALLY 🤔 but let me take 2000 the first time no problem !! Make up your mind !!! Said I could use my birth certificate then said I couldn’t !! Won 200 £ went to with draw it got cancelled then withdrew again via bank transfer and still waiting had been told in next few hours, then 24 hours, then 72 hours and then if nothing they would escalate it. Then got told to wait 5 days. I have spoken to someone supposedly in a chat every day for well over a week. Just had a email saying the funds were stuck and it would be returned to my casino account BULL CRAP! SCAMMERS 1000% AVOID LIKE THE CLAP!!! Please please please avoid this company, don’t make the same mistakes as me and not read the reviews. I have never known a company to get away with scamming so many people and to have not of been closed down already. They will take the deposits from you no questions asked. Then as soon as it’s time to make a withdrawal, they ask for every signal personal detail, ID, passport, driving license, bank card front and back, bank statements, proof of deposit, a video selfie. The list goes on, every agent you speak to either all say the same thing or the complete opposite. My account was verified then as soon as I would try and make a withdrawal they would unverify the account and cancel the withdrawal. I spent weeks of going backwards and forwards only to be told the winnings have been confiscated with no reason as to why, my account has been closed down, again no explanation as to why. It seems like 99% of the people that have played on this site have had the same issues. I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews. I honestly belive they are paid reviews. Check their fb and insta every person is calling them out as scammers.

I read all the bad reviews on here but decided to give it a chance.I won £200 which I tried to withdraw 6 times as it got cancelled.I emailed the team about this but no reply.
I went onto live chat who asked me had I used all options to withdraw.I only wanted the bank option.
Jairo was very helpful and escalated to another team.
This team led by Steve emailed me to try again which it cancelled again.
Emailed the team who said to try it again which I did I was amazed to see my withdrawal of £200 had gone to my bank.
I know you have to withdraw £100 on first withdrawal but after that minimum is £25.
I have since made 9 withdrawals all have gone through.
I would very much like to thank Jairo and Steve for both of their help and I will continue to use this site.

Luckily my job is with a very high end bank retailer and I'm part of the prevention team. So going in today to start enquires.
