Scam scam scam. I opened account with £20. Looked at reviews and seen it's a fake criminal site,so decided to cancel and get deposit back. I was told I could not withdraw my own money as minimum withdrawal £40 . Sent another £20 in and still can't withdraw my own money, advising I now need stringent checks. I deposited £40 without any questions and within seconds. This is not "winnings" I am asking to be refunded. This is just my deposit of my money that and they did not give it back. Sent £40 within seconds but put through 5 tests to get own £40 deposit back. Still don't have it. Tried bot chat then chat. Rude man on chat said I should have read the rules on site and minimal withdrawals now £100. Fair to say at that point since rules changed at will ,it appeared suspect to say the least. I didn't trust them at all. I wont to add anymore money that I could not get back.I read trust pilot reviews and this confirmed it. I reported it to my bank and they are now looking into it in fraud department. If you have similar experience?Report to your bank asap.Days later and emails ignored. Money grabbing criminals. Should be reported.Charged. Avoid at all costs. Sent 5 documents still can't get my deposit back? Let alone winnings? Emails are ignored. Or get response informing they are passing on to advisor. Can't even get your unspent deposit back. Worst ever experience. Should be shut down. Deposits I did make appear to be to 2 Different iff shore accounts.

Please avoid this site at all costs! They are a total scam, so easily take your money then make it impossible to withdraw. Like many others, I've spent weeks trying to get MY money, despite passing all their checks and providing all the relevant information, they still won't pay. I can't even be bothered writing eveything I've gone though to try and get my money, as I'm done even wasting anymore energy on it now (I guess that's part of what they prey on) but I only came here to try and warn other people. They are a total scam site and how they are still able to trade is totally beyond me. Please please avoid like the plague, and any positive review is fake!!

After initially loving this site , Things quickly went downhill . I deposited £20 , The money left my account and was Pending . I was told it would be cancelled and my Money will hit my bank immediately once it was reviewed.

This was 3 days ago, 5 escalations and no confirmation email to say it’s been done .

I won and have been trying for my withdrawal since last 2 weeks, every time they declined with the reason that the online payment system is not working @ their end. I made another request today for my winnings to withdraw and advised by the chat agent to wait .. let c

I have had a withdrawal pending for over 2 weeks until eventually it got refused and sent back to my account. I tried to withdraw again yesterday and it got declined again. Now I can't even get on the site as it keeps throwing me out

I have been waiting a week for my refund. And keep being given the same story. Have reported it to Curaçao eGaming.com. I have also reported the company for fraudulent activity and scamming players. And have taken it to relevant authorities.

You can win as much as you can thousandth of pounds but They will never let you withdraw winning money no matter what just wait for you to play it and lose all back. But they’re okay and happy for you to deposit. Have have been notice my account was taken a lot of money form my card when I didn’t and report it but no respond at all from them.
People please stay away from this site.!!!

Would give 0 if I could. Deposited £200, won £600, withdrew but they cancelled it and asked me to supply docs so that’s fine. Went to login but the site comes up with an error for bad gateway so looks like they’ve shut the site down. Massive scam
