I don't like complaining , because for me to complain , it has to be something major or something, simply shocking . Terrible company. I've reported them because they're so incompetent! I finally got my winnings withdrawal of £2000 after nagging them continuously several times a day as they'd keep cancelling the withdrawal with no explanation - although they're quick to take your deposit! They've paid my withdrawal but taken £60 of it with no reason. When I've queried this with their customer service they claim to not know why. Ridiculous! Avoid at all costs.

I started a few months ago, won about £1400 in total over a couple of withdrawals. A few withdrawals got cancelled for no reason but after keep trying they eventually went through to my bank.

I though all is well so I continued depositing. I recently won £300 so went to withdraw and suddenly was rejected as I had to verify my ID/bank statements etc.

I took pictures of everything and as soon as I clicked on the verify ID page, went to a blank page and wouldn’t do anything else from there. I contacted their customer support, everyone of the support agents had the same reply “technical issue and we are working on it, it will be fixed in a few hours”. 3 days later and nothing..same issue.

Other people below have had the same issues regarding the random ID checks and their company would not help them sorting the issues.

It is the most fraudulent site I have ever played on. My deposit was made within 1 minute, but I won 550 pounds and they have been stalling me for a week, lies like there is a repair, definitely do not play, it is a complete fraud site.

So I written to Curacao Gaming and made a formal complaint. Long story short, Ninewin finally paid out my winnings to me. This took just over two weeks, my advice to anyone is, please complain to Curacao Gaming! I will never use this company again, I’m just happy I was paid out what was owed to me.

Hateful site. Won £4900 back at the beginning of April, they cancelled first withdrawal due to not being verified. Had an email stating my account was verified so withdrew again. There was no sign of money for weeks. Chased this via the chat page and they get fobbing me off to be patient. Send several emails for them to only respond when I threatening a formal complaint. They’ve advised me that the withdrawal was cancelled, the money was returned back to my account and has since then been used by me! This is absolutely not true. The money has gone from my account and I have not received it. This has been an ongoing battle for weeks and weeks. The reviews are horrendous and I just wish I’d checked them before playing. Basil Faulty, I’m definitely with you on this one
