I won nearly £9,000 went on live chat to withdraw 7000 and tbeh wouldn’t allow me Playing book of fallen and then some how tbe stakes was all played for £30 and £50s when I was playing £3 stakes it took all my winnings

My issues started over two weeks ago.
Deposited around £1000.00 with ease.
I won a massive jackpot and have a balance of £200,000 I asked to withdraw and was told the following.
Each day £1000
Every week £5000
Every month £15,000
Managed to withdraw £5500 then a complete stop, they suspended my account changed my user name and have said I can’t withdraw for another week anything. Then I was also told that people from the Uk are not allowed to bet and again suspension. Although they were more than happy to take money of any amount immediately. I have spent hrs worrying contacting and general stress. Going to take this as far as I can as they are completing the worst most fraudulent site I have ever come across. If anyone can offer advice or help it would be much appreciated.

Will not let you make withdrawals

OK so, I deposited £20 and took a bonus but then noticed the turnover on it and declined it. I played a game called Royal Joker Hold & Win and won 1600, I literally couldn't beleive it and thought it was in test mode or something but no, I'd won in. Of course I decide to withdraw, I noticed a daily limit of £1000 so tried that. Then came the ID and address requests, mobile and email verification and of course I'm now thinking here we go, I've seen this all before. But all ID was accepted. Then after putting the withdraw in, I get a request for a bank statement of the account I've requested the bank transfer to, again flags.however, it was accepted. To my shock the withdrawal was approved and got the money this morning. This was all done in less than 24 hours! Amazing. This is a genuine review, check my others I don't do many but they are real!

Absolutely awful, exact same problem as all other people on here regarding withdrawals. They should not have a gambling license. This site is bordering on fraudulent

Let me withdraw the first time I won , now won’t let me withdraw and asking for verification but they keep declining my driving licence and bank statement and any other documentation I send ,stay away from this site they are scammers

Absolute scam, wouldnt even attempt it, all the good reviews are the people working for nine win, i won £100 it let me withdraw, then i won £500 wouldnt let me withdraw, then they said i had to verify my identity asked for driving licence bank statment and passport sent all of the above and suprise suprise they rejected all documents provided, then after all the messages and days hassleing them with emails, £500 disappeared out my account, and they had the audacity to say i had gambled it all when in fact i didnt i left the £500 in my account hoping one day they would let me withdraw

Joined on 18th May and got a small win of just over £100. As previously stated by others, they make it impossible to withdraw. When asked to verify, you click the link and it's just a blank page.
Tried live chat who told me to clear cache and cookies but I replied I didn't want to lose all my chrome passwords (don't know how to clear cache and cookies on an individual site), he replied, oh there's an error with verification and try later.
Tried about 100 since and sent 5 emails, each one more irate than the last one. When they reply they just say there's no update.
It's obviously intentional given the amount of complaints.

You can get away with this for so long ninewin but not forever.
