I was having trouble getting my "resources" file into Ninja Trader. I contacted customer service and began communicating with Hannah. She was fabulous. Despite having to share at least 20 emails back and forth, she continued to help me with a tremendous amount of enthusiasm. We finally got the engineers on the project and they found the solution. Everything works great now. And the customer service get 6 stars, oh wait, I can only give 5. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I've been a customer of RenkoKings since 2019 and own the Platinum trading system. After purchasing a new computer, all of my trading tools and licenses needed to be transferred to the new machine. I ran into a glitch that required contacting RenkoKings for support. This is where Kim, (my new favorite customer service person) really shined. As it turned out, there had been several updates to my software and my particular problem was a little more involved than originally expected. My situation required some back-and-forth communication, over an extended period of time, but Kim stayed with me and followed up throughout the entire process until everything was back up and running smoothly. I've been trading the new RenkoKings Platinum 4.0 without any further issue. I had an issue with my indicator which was not working. Hannah was able to solve the problem within a short time. You'll never see a better customer support.

I have been trying to trade futures successfully for years without much success. I recently spent several thousand dollars on a ninja program that should automatically enter, didn't work for me, then did a monthly trial on another. Zippo. I found Ninza.co over the past year, trying to get a system I could do, I just didn't do well.

Then chatting with Flora and what I wanted she suggested Captain Optimus Strong.

I installed it but couldn't get it to work, stayed with it. I know Flora could help and SHE DID, BIG TIME.

He emails were so explicit as to what to do, she kept checking on me. This last Monday she gave me more instructions and Valah! It works great.

As she promised, Captain Optimus Strong does enter trades on its own. Today was first day, 2 contracts (Gold & ES) on each. by 11am, $3800+ with a small drawdown.

I'm so happy with Ninza and especially Flora. Very patient and helped me out. I help retailers with their accounting and I know how frustrating it can be for a "newbie" to keep asking questions. But flora's got patience.

After I installed new indicators, they didn't look like they were supposed to.
Hannah did remote access to my computer and had the problem corrected within 10 minutes.

ninZa.co is one of the best vendors, if not the best, out there for NinjaTrader 8 indicators and trading systems. Their indicators have really helped me in my futures trading journey and I can’t speak well enough of their excellent customer service. Hannah, in particular, has always been at hand to assist whenever I needed help - she’s simply amazing and an absolute star!

I highly recommend to any day trader out there, with Nina.co indicators you will have a consistent and confident of your trades execution and save a lot of time spending on the computer.

Grace best of the best customer service! Professional grade indicators made simple enough for the average trader to use. There is a great difference between "Stock" indicators and Ninza.co's custom made trading indicator suites and makes all the difference.
