I do business with a lot of companies and I honestly have never found a company that surpasses this one when it comes to customer service with real people who actually care like they are your family. Flora as always been there for me. I have never met such a stellar human with her level of commitment to making things right. Throughout my life I've always been the guy with the crazy questions nobody thinks of and often customer service at companies in America don't have the patience for really addressing my questions or needs. The Ninza team though, has literally been the kindest friendliest, fast acting, and most committed to high-level service of any company or people I have EVER worked with. They literally treat clients like friends and family and have often "went the extra mile" helping me understand how to implement some of the high-level indicators and systems that I have purchased. I didn't think people this good could be found in customer service. If I didn't know otherwise, I would've assumed that Flora was a high-level executive working for the reputation of her own company. This level of commitment is rare in this world. I know that I'm raving about customer service because that's what has impressed me the most, but I should probably also mention I have purchased and used scores of indicators from other companies and must admit that the Ninza.co indicators are 2nd to none with careful attention to detail, sophisticated features, and programmed very very solid.

This company creates indicators that I find creative and useful. What elevates their value even more is their support team. As a former district service manager I evaluate their performance as top tier. I have had personal experience with a few: Hannah has been exceptional in solving problems and handling ordering and use issues. Jennifer and Kim have been great as well. I worked with Hannah on getting information about my indicators. I really appreciated the friendly and consistent service. I don't think Hannah sleeps much because she answered one of my inquiries at 2:00 am *her time*. In a world of automated customer support, it's great to have this human touch!
