Ninza.co has excellent customer service. They are very helpful and go above and beyond. In my 30+ years of dealing with all kinds of companies, Ninza.co has the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I have been dealing with them for maybe 3 years or so now and I am continually impressed. I usually deal with Grace or Cute Flora. Both are fantastic. In my recent purchase Cute Flora went above and beyond for what she did for me, and it was greatly appreciated.

I’ve bought and used indicators from many different companies over the past 5 years - Ninza.co is the best so far (by far) - I’ve bought and used around a dozen so far and I really like how they’re built (I use them inside of their semi-automated Captain Optimus Strong auto-trade management tool).

Moreover, the assistance provided by Flora in getting them setup has been above and beyond any support I’ve ever received from a company that creates trading indicators and systems. Flora has even remoted-in to my Trading PC / VPS more than once to assist in getting them setup quickly.

The settings she recently helped me with (which is the main reason I wanted to write this) have really resulted in some great trades.

I’m not aware of any other indicator / trade system creators out there going to this level of service - Flora is great at it, and fun to work with too.

One word...Hannah! Man, I took the longest time to decide and she was very generous, patient, and encouraging. I did some research on Ninza.co and found they are a reputable company with strong recommendations. But what really sold me was the friendliness of their salespeople like Hannah who helped me place an order tonight. Kudos to her leadership and to her for making my experience not only painless but pleasurable. I look forward to working with and prospering with them in the future. The Cumulative delta Indicator that I purchased a few weeks ago is a joke. While using it trading, there is no clear indication what the delta is showing. It's has colors which don't make any sense about any delta trend or changes of direction. Don't waste your money like I did on this garbage indicator I should get a full refund of $158 for false advertising, wasting my time and money. DO NOT BUY!

Unless they make this product right with me, this will be my first and last purchase from ninZa.co

The ninza company develops quality indicators at a fair price. The indicators really do increase my odds of making money day trading. Also I like how honest
Kim was and she also came onto my computer at no extra cost and set up the auto trader. The company is headed in the right direction because they have good indicators, and polite helpful employees like Kim

My husband bought a couple of indicators from Ninza. He got help from Grace, who helped him set it all up as he is NOT “Computer Savvy” only to lose it all that night after he closed everything. Poor Grace had to redo everything again and spend another 2 hours reconfiguring and was more than happy to do it. He always says if you want great service “Ask for Grace, he gives her a 10 star review”. He keeps praising Grace so much it’s making me jealous!! In saying that, Ninza’s customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
