It was a fantastic experience. The figures came in perfect condition and was packed very safely. There was a delay in shipping and I emailed customer service and Maria said to wait till 9/14 and the tracking status was updated and I received them the next day 9/15. I'm very happy with my experience! Thank you so much!!

they took a little bit too long to ship items and the communication was poor. By the time the items finally arrived the boxes were significantly damaged. They refused to rectify the situation.

Ordered a Kuji set, which is hard to find. They have a big selection of products and communicate quickly.

4.5 stars for me. My order took just shy of a month to be delivered but the quality of both of my figurines is great, unopened, and 100% authentic! If you are patient enough and willing to take on the expensive shipping fees, Nippon Figurines does not disappoint!

Shipped my Nobara Sh Figuarts figure for a resonable price AND added some one piece keychain :) only omitted one star cus they used AI generated images in their emails and i EFFING hate AI

There’s no way these positive reviews are real. Spent $1,000 on figures that took forever to come in , just for them to arrived either missing or totally damaged. Missed 13 total units on top of no effort in securing the items. Filed a dispute with my bank.

Great packaging. Deleivered to me a bit late but got a mega greninja SAR from the ninja spinner booster box so can't complain. Quality is superior. I highly recommend all the TCG japanese cards collectors to check out this website.

I had been searching for some specific merch for a while and found most prices to be absurd for my budget, especially ordering internationally. I stumbled upon Nippon Figures and found it a better deal than most I had encountered. Their site also admittedly looked more reliable than most I had seen when searching. It even had extra merch I hadn't seen elsewhere yet, including for one of my favorite characters! So I jumped on it immediately. Their site was easy to navigate and order from, and they had fantastic and quick customer service! Package came quickly once shipped and in great condition. I had placed my order unknowingly when the Japanese Post was closed coming into the New Year--so there was a slight delay in it's shipping, but nothing that was on their part, and they were quick to communicate with me when I inquired about it. Great price, good product, good service. The only drawback is I had a better time tracking my package on a different website dedicated to universal package tracking rather than on their site, but that was easy to do with a quick google search and impacted nothing negatively. Will happily order from them again!

Was a little worried by lack of reviews or research into the company but placed a $500 order and received it in great condition and timely manner, would recommend.

Order 4 booster boxes and paid for the 2-5 day shipping. The package went from Japan to Texas in 3 days! Amazing service and great product! Can’t wait to open them up!
