Terrible company. Preordered 4 Glory of team rocket booster boxes for about 98$ a piece in January. They cancelled my preorder and now have them listed for 144$ (end of April). Never buying anything from them again

Pre-ordered 3 glory of team rocket booster boxes for $117/box on 02/09/25. They cancelled the order on 03/28/25, then raised their prices to $208.99/box. Avoid this company. They basically received an interest-free loan from these preorders.

I pre-orderd 12 (yes, TWELVE) Glory of Team Rocket booster boxes very early (20th January) paid immediatly via PayPal only to find out that they randomly cancelled today without any explanation!!!!!

Preordered 2 Glory of Team Rocket booster boxes from Nippon Figures early (2-10-25) before the craziness. Email states that the order went through (2-13-25). Found out today (3-27-25), from a discord server not even Nippon themselves, that they cancelled all GTR orders on 2-15-25 due to "their supplier raising prices" when their preorder statement said that price changes would not affect what you pay on the preorder. I guess that's a solid loophole in that statement, they didn't up the price due to the market price increase, just flat out cancelled it. You win Nippon Figures, your prize is not getting anymore orders from me.

Don't give NipponFigures your business. I ordered from them BECAUSE they have a pre-order policy that specifically says they will NOT ask for more money if the item you preordered goes up in value. So I preordered 14 booster boxes of Glory to Team Rocket on February 10th for $1711.
On February 13th, I received an email with the subject line "We're busy packing your order! 📦 " and inside, asked me to review them on Trustpilot. (Obviously a form email as the set hadn't released at that point).
On February 21st, I saw on NipponFigures that preorders had increased by about 40% from when I ordered. I decided to check the status of my order, that's when I discovered my order was cancelled February 15th. No notice, no missed emails letting me know, just sneakily cancelled my order.
I contacted NipponFigures, citing their policy and asking my original order be honored. They told me no, but that they WILL sell me a case of 12 for $2000 if I want. These guys are scum bags, willing to go against their OWN stated policies for a few extra dollars, stay far away.

Super good experience ordering from here, really decent selection of genuine figures that are pretty hard to find outside of Japan, customer service is great and my order arrived within a week of dispatch from Japan to the UK! They even sent me a free gift 🥰

My Cuirassier finally arrived. Well...I'm never lucky with figures I care the most.

Looks like I've got the returned one.
Box was opened: black box had only one piece of tape and it was already cut, inner (transparent form) had no tape at all.

The biggest deficiencies are: 1. Loose "pedal" on the left side; 2. Missing part (silver one) of motorcycle handlebar.
Also has couple minor scratches\defects but i don't care about them at this point.

Surely not an S-class buying experience.
In future I'll buy from them only if there's no other options.

UPD: I was contacted by store support
They assure that the figurine was completely new and suggest that it may have been opened at customs (although I haven't seen this in similar Japanese stores).
Here let the reader make conclusions.
I will put 4 in advance with the hope of more smooth purchases in the future.
