I am receiving orders I did not order. I am having my charge card used without my permission. I am retired and 80 years old. I feel I am being taken advantage of.Please cancel everything. I am sending the last two shipments totaling 300.00 back.

This was the worst experience with an online company. I placed an order, never heard from them regarding the order. Ive never received the order. Ive contacted them twice and NOTHING. No reply and still no order.

Now, im being inundated with emails about "how was your experience"

STAY AWAY

They charged my credit card but did not send the product. I have contacted them multiple times via email and no response. I would give it a great rating if I got the product.

Update I was finally able to get a hold of somebody and they did send me my product eventually.

I sent an email expressing dissatisfaction with the products and requesting a refund and have been entirely ignored.

So far, all my experiences with Nirvana Organics hwve been very enjoyable.

I asked for the current lab testing for the Laughing Buddha pre-rolls and did not hear back. I checked the website but could not find the results. I spent over $150 on this purchase and at least deserve a response back from the email sent last week.

Found nirvanapure’s berry gummies on a road-trip whim; one later, the world softened like a favorite song. Their rose-honey balm lives on my nightstand now—one swipe knocks city stress clean out. Add the handwritten “enjoy the journey” note and compostable packing? I’m ruined for any other shop.

I love this place. Imran is the best he even took time to call me. There is a reason I tell everyone to go here . Excellent service, they actually care about their customers and they have really good products.

THIS IS A SCAM!

Do not order anything with this company. They are not a registered business with the state of Ohio, but a trademark.

The registering agent is Norvox LLC. Google them and look at their LinkedIn. It states that the head of the company is in Cincinatti, OH, but their delivery center is in Japuir, India. You are NOT buying a product from a store that is physically located on 9383 Cincinnati Columbus Rd West Chester Township, OH 45069. You cannot operate a business entity without registering as a business entity.

Nirvana has three different phone numbers. 888-517-0102, 606-302-2191, 513-448-0100. None of them call a business, but personal cell phones. One of them called me at 9pm saying they had a missed call. American business don't operate like this. He also offered to send me the shipping information on Whatsapp.

The address Norvox is registered at is 6126 Bugle Ct. Mason Ohio. It is a residence. Nirvana Organics facebook page says that is the location of their shop. Another business, Indus Vastra is also registered at this address.

All of the socials on Nirvana Organics website are dead. They have no posts, no replies, maybe one to two followers. They are basically a front to look legit.

There is another review on here from a Susan in 2024 where her product was delayed for weeks. When she received it, it was substandard and she noticed it was sent from India. These are unequivocally unregulated, black market products. Do NOT ingest anything you may have received.

You can verify business licenses with the Ohio Secretary of State. You'll find the same information I did if you Google and take a closer look. If you have something in transit, Nirvana Organics CAN call the USPS to intercept the package and have it returned to sender. Otherwise, if it is delivered, DO NOT open the package and take to your local post office. Tell them you want to send it back as denied delivery. Yes, you can do this even if it was delivered while you were not home.

Much of the information I provided may have been changed or deleted by the time you read this. Please do not trust this company. Cancel your order, return the product, and contact your bank.

No good product

Great product, far better than most brands I’ve tried. Short version, these feel natural. Closest to the real thing that I’ve found.

One of the disposable vapes would not charge. So I could not use it. And the cartridge clogged so bad, I tried to fix it and the oil just bubbles out the sides all over my vape battery pen. Not too happy.
