AVOID. AVOID.AVOID.
Product is not necessarily below par, but it certainly isn't "primo" Flower. That I can put up with, but bad customer service? I can't. I'm in customer service as well. When a wholesale distributor has bad customer service my direct customers suffer and I obviously can't have that. Disregard this company, they farm out customer service (which is fine, do what you want, but do it better) to very untrained people. They'll say what they think you want to hear. This is a used car dealership for hemp products. AVOID

I ordered three different invoices from you guys each invoice is more than thousand dollar and I work with Jasmine every time she just asked me I’m gonna send you stickers in your next Oder but she forget it bad customer service I tried to explain that What I needed from her but she didn’t response so she talked to my stores employees also and they told her we need labels for product we buy from you but the way she treated us I didn’t like it and waiting is too much for my shipment. That’s a problem, so I hope I’m not gonna do any business in future from you guys. I bought it 3 pound different strength, flowers bags. She only sent me 10 stickers after three different invoices each time she said I’m gonna send you I’m gonna send you, but she did not Thank you appreciate it have a good day

Ordered three different jars of gummies. The description of all three stated the gummies were 50’s. As delivered, all three jars are 100’s. Granted, I can cut them. But your products as delivered should match the product description. A simple retail rule.

Very poor product quality , very poor packaging quality , customers always complaining about quality and mislabeled products .

These people are scam. they only call you from whatsapp number and then ready you the brought you never ordered. they promise me to send me thc-a cartridge and disposable and send me delta 10 cart and just put stickers on it and they were all 2 year old.

At first the incorrect product was sent, but as soon as I let them know, they sent exactly what I wanted— their jar of 2000mg CBD Muscle & Joint Cream. I’d used this before and it immediately became my favorite CBD topical for cramps and to keep cool when it’s hot outside— I use some on the back of my neck and on my legs and shoulders during some summer days. The product they originally sent was a different CBD cream in a pump bottle that I was allowed to keep so I’m using it in different ways, like on my feet and will try after a workout since it has magnesium in it. Overall the products are great, and the customer service was quick and helpful.

I placed an order on June 22nd and was told that it would be shipped right away. It didn't ship right away and when I finally did receive tracking information, the UPS tracking number came back with a message that said that a delivery date would be determined as soon as possible. "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I've had this number for several days now and still don't know when the shipment will be delivered. I have contacted the company several times and I still haven't received the order that I placed and paid for more than a week ago. HELP!!

To be honest, all the chocolates that we received were amazing n super delicious. Flavor’s are,”wow”.Chocolate packaging said (welcome to paradise). Well, it did live by the phrase.
