I received the IN-12 clock about a year ago for Christmas and absolutely FELL IN LOVE! It had become all the talk in my small apartment. Unfortunately, my dog got a little rowdy and smacked it with his tail, and two of the tubes shattered :( I quickly emailed the company and received an immediate response with an explanation of what the warranty does and does not cover and advised me of my next steps and options! Petro was very helpful, quick, and professional! I will definitely continue to support this company and make future purchases of these beautiful clocks!

Shop owner made sure to update me as soon as the package went out and made sure to tell me there may be delays due to the time of year and that it had to go through customs. Told me that if anything happened to let them know and that they would make it right. Overall the clock is gorgeous my boyfriend loves it, it’s exactly what he wanted and I’m so glad that it got here on time for Christmas as well. 10/10 all over the board

The company reached out to us to let us know details of the shipment after we ordered which was great. The clock is amazing! It has several interesting configuration options - and you can tell the thoughtfulness that was put into designing this. It has multiple options for power/tube saving, such as a configurable sleep mode or a motion sensor mode which is just such a great feature. You can't go wrong buying this clock - it's memorizing to watch and you can just sense the craftsmanship out into it.

Order came very quickly, seller emailed to let us know how it was coming, got here in perfect condition, loved the packaging, easy to set up and works beautifully

After making a purchase the staff at Nixieshop immediately contacted me to give details of when my order would be ready to be shipped. They provided updates and a UPS tracking number for the package. The package took about 10 days to travel from Ukraine to New Zealand and arrived in excellent condition. The packaging was amazing and I bet you could have thrown it off a building without issue. The clock looks exactly as good as the photos on the website and I could not be more happy with it.
I will definitely be ordering more of them for amazing and unique gifts for friends and family.

Great experience with Petro and Nixie Shop. The clock is very cool and always get comments. And when two bulbs failed (after around one year), he covered the replacements under warranty very generously and without any debate.

Since the Nixie Clocks are made in Ukraine and sent from there, you may have to wait a few days longer until they arrive - but it works!! The parcel took 11 days from Ukraine to Austria. It was very well packed and worth the wait!

I have just received my clock and the little looks und works perfectly.

Horloge d'excellente qualité et finition impeccable. Beaucoup de paramétrage possible comme l'extinction et allumage programmées, détecteur de présence afin qu'elle s'allume uniquement lorsqu'on est dans la pièce. Le paramétrage est simple via un bouton ou télécommande IR.
Petro, reste en contact régulier jusqu'à réception de la commande, et explique les délais de livraison en raison de la politique actuelle...
Je recommande, vous pouvez en commander une les yeux fermés.

Amazing clock, great job guys

The clock arrived from Ukraine in little more than a week. Worked perfectly out of the box.

I emailed that the paper Product Manual was a different version than the clock's firmware and the online manual.

Petro updated the website and manual text only *hours* after my email.

I still need to learn a lot about nixie tubes.

For instance: "Slot Machine" mode is a mechanic to prevent cathode poisioning by cycling all the digits.
