Their customer service is great; unfortunately, after a couple of years of using my clock, it developed a fault and would not turn on. I have been assured that this issue is very unusual and they agreed to repair it for free. I did not expect this as it was over 3 years old.

I purchased a Model 4 slim clock with IN-14 tubes from their webpage. I selected the faster shipping option and added three spare tubes. I received a shipping email with tracking within 48 hours, and my clock arrived one week after I ordered it. Thats from the Ukraine to Wisconsin in seven days. The packing was first rate. The spare tubes were in protective foam sleeves. I followed the set up instructions and everything worked perfectly. The clock looked and worked exactly as advertised and looks every bit as good as the pictures on their web site. If you are looking for a Nixie clock this one is very good.

5 months in. I programed the clock to turn on at 6am and shut off at 11pm. It has been running flawlessly for five months. All of the original tubes are working perfectly. Still love it.

One year later. Still working perfectly. No issues with clock or tubes.

I received my Nixie Clock for a significant birthday, and I absolutely love it, I am a tube head after all. The clock has a beautiful retro steampunk look, black shiny perspex, and six glowing tubes. Although it's a small business, Petro makes a great product. It's more on the expensive side and takes (now with Corona) a long time to get to you, it's definitely worth it. I asked for a special customization, which was no problem, as Petro is in direct contact with his customers. The personalisation on the piece is far more extensive than I first thought. It is a unique, yet subtle, piece in my clinical practice, which started already many conversations.

I acquired one of Nixie Shop's clocks second-hand in Canada. The previous owner was having issues with the clock where the tubes wouldn't illuminate, so I purchased it with the hope that I would be able to get it working again.

I emailed Petro at Nixie Shop, explained the issues I was experiencing, and sent some photos of the clock. He promptly diagnosed the issue, suggested a fix, and provided a link to the part that I needed to replace. Excellent customer service even though I did not buy the clock directly from him! Would definitely recommend dealing with Nixie Shop and Petro.
