Hello my name is Cindy and I've been using your enjoy for about a week I bought four extra pods and every single one of them has leaked out into my vape cartridge area I have pictures I need to know how we can stop this sometimes it doesn't even feel like you're taking a hit and do you have anything that's a little sweeter than tobacco is just it needs something it needs some kind of flavor I like the sweet tobacco that's why I say that it does not hold a charge very well you have to charge it at least twice a day and it's just horrendous the oil that comes out of it I've been cleaning mine with it q-tip so I can I have to get another vape and this is not going to work right now I sent you my email address and another text I love your product I look the way it holds bits in my hand it's just a few things wrong with it they have any other ideas on how to stop the oil from dripping out everywhere let me know please email me if you need to your value customer Cindy Harkins I have pics not sure where to put them

Battery already won’t hold a charge…

Battery already won’t hold a charge bought 3 different packs of pods also (my bad) because I thought it must of been pods not working. I think it’s the pods and unit , pods leak and 1 week old device doesn’t charge. Be nice if they would make things right. I work hard for my money .

Have always really loved njoy vape pods…

Have always really loved njoy vape pods until recently when the menthol ones started to taste very differently than they always had -(YUCK) I noticed the only ones that taste gross like that seem to be this new “FEELM” type they are selling instead. Highly debating switching vape companies as I no longer like the taste and its a rare chance to get the good old pods not marked “FEELM”

Tasted like nasty feet

I tried the classic tobacco ace pod for the first time today and it's the most disgusting s**t I've ever tasted in my life. It tastes like your inhaling some dirty bums foot. I have used vuse and really like it but thought I would give njoy a try. I wish I could get the $20 back. Both pods tasted so bad. I got 2 words for njoy F*#K YOU!

If I could give it, no stars, I would.
We have been using Njoy for 3 going on 4 years. The device itself used to be extremely sturdy, heavy and durable but now any small drop on the table it breaks. I guess that's their planned obsolescence- they just figured out a way to make it cheaper. Not really the biggest issue. My biggest problem is out of every three pods I buy I might get one good pod. They ALWAYS leak now. And if they don't leak they're brown and taste like GARBAGE. Honestly...it used to not be this way, but we're going to stop using the product- it's not worth any of your time or head ache. It's probably the best thing for us health wise anyway. We've probably wasted at least $600 in the last couple years on busted pods. Never hear back- one person said return to store and they'll trade it out. No store will do that. They tell you sorry - get another one.

Jokes on us - it's the only one I could smoke and not get sick.

Horrible product

Horrible product - bought the disposable version referred to as “daily”. It should renamed “hourly”. About 10 puffs in and the battery was dead and had to be thrown out. Absolute waste of money.

Leaking pods and low quality devices, stay away.

For the past year I've bought 2 packs of njoy menthol pods every week. Out of all those packs only 3 pods did not leak. Each leak wasted almost half of the pod. I've bought many different devices and each have the same problem. Either njoy just doesn't care about their costumers anymore or they have a terrible quality assurance team. Don't waste your money on njoy.

I’ve used Njoy for a little over 4…

I’ve used Njoy for a little over 4 years now. It helps with the nicotine craving, but lately the pods have been super leaky. I’m constantly wiping the greasy fluid off of the sides of my vape, the pod, and my fingers. I bought a new device and still have the same problem. Sometimes the pods come out of the pack leaking, and sometimes I will get one that doesn’t work. Try something different.

I've been using enjoy for a while now I even had my brother make a holder on his 3d printer to keep the fluid off my fingers. The fluid that leaks is now killing the battery. I won't be buying another one.

It’s doesn’t matter where you bought, what “lot” it was shipped in. THEY ALL LEAK. 5 year loyal customer until NJOY company put profits above customers. 1-833-ASK-NJOY support number isn’t even in service. I’ve been sure to tell everyone to NEVER buy Njoy products again. Njoy Company can get fukked.

They leak have 50 laying around my house njoy is now a scam been smoking since they came out now they suck done with them. My whole family is done they all leak and it's on purpose because they didn't used too! Wow this just changed everything I just got out of the hospital for nicotine overdose didn't even know that was a thing. My team is about to find out how many people you actually are making sick!!!

Leak Leak Leak Leak Leak Leak Leak, hey they leak.

**UPDATE#3** Contacted new company, they have completely ignored us, no initial response back or anything. At this point we are proceeding with a formal lawsuit. Over $1200 in botched products that are still being sold with no care for the customer. They are more than aware of the situation at hand. Not really about the money so much as the disregard for the consumer. When your product fails 100% and you ignore it, you pay.

*UPDATE#2* Sooooo, i now see why your company did not give a S*** about its product, you just sold the company to Altria Holding, what a joke. I made a formal complaint with the FTC and hired a lawyer. As i am now up to over $1000 in botched products from NJOY. Was Altria made aware of the horrible products you sell??? You guys are a joke, absolutely pathetic. I'll be getting my money back and more. Welcome to the the world of large companies thinking they can continue to lie and cheat people and have no repercussions.
**UPDATE** Did a little experiment....5 stores around the city, a total of 10 packs, 2 from each store, for a total of 20 pods. EVERY SINGLE POD IS LEAKING, ALL 20 OF THEM ARE LEAKING!! 100% Failure rate. Yet you didn't know they were leaking...right? Right?! I went back and looked at the amount of times I personally contacted them about the issue in 10 months, 6 times, 6 times I contacted them about leaking pods. I also found one of the old pods in my dresser drawer... idk lol... Take off the metal 'cap', i then pry off the bottom 'lego' piece that has the rubber band gasket, low and behold the old ones have notches on both sides...and it literally clicks in place using the second gasket to seal off the component that vaporizes the liquid. Soooo why did you remove the 'locking mechanism'?? Why do you use cheaper/thinner rubber to seal them now? To save money? To make more profits? FYI I was told by a lawyer, courtesy of a free consultation, that it would be in my best interest to save all of the pods/packaging/receipts and to add up the dollar amount. If/when it hits a certain dollar amount, to then contact a lawyer to see how to proceed with this. Currently I have proof of just over $400 worth of pods and vape devices that have consistently failed. The devices being ruined by leakage from the pods and not the actual device itself. I believe it is more than obvious that the company knows and HAS known for quite some time, however they believe it won't matter. Hopefully I can change that! Have a wonderful day.

Additionally, we take reports of unexpected product behavior seriously and would like the opportunity to inspect the ACE PODS at issue. Please send us your full name and address so we can send a pre-paid shipping envelope for you to return the PODS you referenced. Please include the packaging as well if it’s available. When we receive the return envelope with the PODS for our team to examine, we will process a refund. For the inconvenience of sending us the product to investigate, we will issue a $25 Visa or AmEx gift card when we receive the return envelope with the product.

To process the refund and gift card, we will need to complete your age verification. In addition to your full name and address, please provide your date of birth as well as the last four digits of your social security number.

Please note that due to USPS rules regarding shipments of e-cigarette products, the return envelope must be mailed in person at a post office, via a face-to-face transaction with a Postal Service employee. When mailing the return envelope, you will need to present a government-issued photo identification that lists your age or date of birth, such as a driver’s license or passport. The name on your ID must match the name on the return label. We apologize for any burden these extra steps may cause.

Wasted $$$

I’ve vaped for years, you can complain to these companies until the cows come home, with several family members in the insurance industry these companies are a low priority to any government agency with the clout do actually do anything about it, look no further than flavored pods, didn’t take long to get them pulled once DC got involved, they can stop this but won’t.

I’ve been using NJOY FOR A WHILE

I’ve been using NJOY FOR A WHILE, well… I used Njoy for a couple years then moved to the amok novo for a while and came back to Njoy this last year. This last year has been a downfall for the device in pods. My device seems more brittle with the plastic pieces and the charging port, and every time I get a new pod it leaks. And I’m not talking about slightly. I’m talking about a bunch. Also, I’ve had to buy four new devices since the start of the year because the contact connectors break so easily I left enjoy alone a while ago because they only went with menthol pods. They stop selling all of the blueberry and grape. NJOY please bring it back and redesign the device and pod so they won’t leak and be destroyed within two weeks

Vaping nearly 5 years

I have been using the njoy menthol vape for nearly 5 years and this last year has been horrible. A lot of them are leaking, I have 3 vape devices only because I thought it was the device since it first kept leaking from pod to device but each time I buy more it has gone from pod to device to pod to mouth!! I didn't want to go back to cigarettes but I'd rather smoke a cigarette then taste that stuff on my tongue.

Been using for a couple years. Bought new pack of pods taste burnt leaking store would not honor a buy back I sold tobacco products and I know they get money on buy backs. Not happy!!

What hasn't gone wrong with this vape. Constantly leaking. Some of them just straight up don't work at all. I'm tired of contacting the company I'm trying to find something to move on to. I love the typical response on one of the other reviews to contact customer service but it's just going to be the same thing over and over again. They SUCK SO BAD PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The oil used in the pods has been thinned out way to much. I put a new pod in my device, and by morning the pod is half empty due to it leaking. My money is just being wasted. I'd like to keep buying your product, but I'm not going to keep throwing my money away because someone thought thinning out the oil was a quick way to boost profits. I'm going to buy your product 1 more time, if it leaks, I'm switching to Vuse.
