I have been using NJoy for 2 years now…

I have been using NJoy for 2 years now and suddenly I have been purchasing pods that leak, so I have been throwing them away…it’s so frustrating and a complete waste of $$! I love the NJOY and do not want to switch but can’t keep purchasing faulty pods! It is definitely the pods that come in the perforated boxes. Can u pls change back to the original pods?

I seem to have the same issue as…

I seem to have the same issue as everyone else. I have bought four new devices and none of them seem to work. I used to love Njoy now I have to switch. Not sure what they have done but it’s a total waste of money.

The last several months I have…

The last several months I have experienced heart pounding, shortness of breath and like I have anxiety. I thought it was my meds. however, I stopped using the pods for 2 nights and have not expiercned any of these symptoms. This device is not safe.

Profit driven & Njoy rep useless

Company changed and is now focused on profit, also if you contact njoy reps for help they will ask for too much info about you so they can send you a pack lol. I don't think anyone care about your $10, we want the devices and pods to work as intended to we keep putting our $10 in you. I don't have high hope though

Been using njoy since 2020- always…

Been using njoy since 2020- always loved it. But like everyone else says for the last year or so every pod leaks and/or taste burnt straight out of the package and/or the device stops hitting but it still obviously functioning and charging well. I feel like this on purpose so people buy more product. Tragic really, once my pods run out I will be switching.

8 Devices in 1 Year

Ive gone through about 8 devices so far and they all end up with the same problem, they end up not drawing smoke. The devices are awful compared to what they once were, switching to Vuse. Oh and before you say comment anything njoy, here.

A Good Company

My sister is 78, on disability and seldom leaves home. She asked me to get her an Njoy device and 7 boxes of the double pods of tobacco. I was in Baton Rouge so I stopped at a Cirkle K. The products were behind the counter so I asked the Clerk for an NJoy device and 7 boxes of the double pod boxes of tobacco. and I paid for them. When I open the bag there were 7 boxes of the Menthol. I told the clerk they were the wrong products, The clerk told me once the sale is made, they cannot change it. I asked for the manager and the manager said the same thing. I asked for a district manager and was told the number was on the window. I called and left several messages. I waited for 2 hours as I did not want to leave the property. Finally, I left, and I contacted NJoy. The next day I am contacted by NJoy and told they would take care of it. The next day I am told they will give me a refund. 2 days later I have my refund. That was a week ago . . .I still have not had ANY contact from Circle K

Never had issues before. Now it's everytime

Everytime I buy them they are either burnt already fresh out the pack or they leak. Thinking about going with a different vape company. Njoy needs to fix the problem. I know atleast ten people who switched because of these same issues!!!!!

Every pod I buy leaks

Every pod I buy leaks. I’ve tried buying a new device and it still doesn’t fix the problem. I’ll wake up and look at my njoy and instead of seeing a full pod it’ll be 3/4 filled with the other 1/4 in my device. What is going on?

Horrible quality

Like most of the reviews, half the pods don't work, and I have to buy a device every other month. I followed some other people's recommendations - such as buying the pods without a perforated top that have "FEELM INSIDE" on the pod. That was fine even though it was a 50/50 chance at the gas station to get them. When i broke open my previous devices to see what was wrong with them - there are two horribly soldered wires attached to the contacts where the pods fit.
Horrible quality now, they use to be good.

Pods not working

Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!

I've used NJOY for over 2 years

I've used NJOY for over 2 years. There have been some leaking pods, and a couple of pods that didn't work. For the most part, they have worked well. I use one pod for a day to a day and a half, where most of the others can't make it 8 hours! Out of all the pods and vapes I've used, it's the best one out there for ease of use, cost, and reliability.

I dunno what happened

I dunno what happened! At a point they were amazing! Now recently every pod I get leaked 30-50% of juice. Sometimes I’ll even pick up my njoy from my night stand, and then there will be ejuice all over my hand from the pod leaking! Come on njoy I love your device, fix your pods! Thank you!

Hits maybe 50% or the time. Gives the worst chest pain in comparison to competitors. Would NOT recommend. How did these make it to market? Worse than cigarettes.

Njoy sucks ass

I’ve been using this product for a very long time now and njoy has become extremely cheap. I’ve been given devices that don’t work and I’ve had ones that break immediately. They sell burnt pods and they leak. I literally hate usuing my vape now because of how bad this product is.

Bad Quality, getting worse.

Loved Njoy for years, Quality has gone to garbage. Leaking/burnt pods as well as Cracked/broken batteries.

I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out…

I swear I think NJOY purposely puts out pods that straight up don’t work right out of the pack just so you have to go back and buy more because there is no way they could be this incompetent as a company unless it was on purpose. I mean literally the pods might be normal once out of like 15 pods.. the rest don’t hit right or taste burnt after a few hits or leak.. it’s just insane how you could run a business by putting out such terrible products on a consistent basis.

Annoyed with njoy pods

I have been using njoy for a couple of years now, but now every pod I use is leaking. Getting very expensive and very annoyed now that I see this is an ongoing issue. Please get this fixed

They were good at one time

They were good at one time, however their quality has gone downhill. They leak, some don't even work out of the package. They give you a hard time when you message them about it wanting you to go mail them the box and the pods and where you got them and when. Unfortunate because they once were the best vape pods.
