DO NOT BUY NJOY!!!!!!! I recently bought a pack of Njoy Ace menthol pods after using juul for the past year. Both pods tasted burnt immediately. I will be avoiding Njoy like the plague, as I am clearly not the only Njoy user experiencing this issue.

I loved these, for years… recently every pack I have bought (for $18 for two pods) are nasty and burnt! I’m very disappointed with whatever change njoy has made. These are absolutely disgusting now. DO NOT PURCHASE

Best tobacco taste on the market; low quality and high price
I am an accountant and “closet smoker” so I like the fact that I can puff in my office without smelling up my house and my clothes!
I use both of the PODs and the Daily’s in the rich tobacco flavor. The daily’s taste awesome but 9 times out of the 10 they quit working after 10 puffs or the start tasting burnt. They are overall more expensive than the PODS since they do not last as long and are around the same price…the PODS are great, but like one other reviewer said.. the juice sometimes pours out into my mouth, and like the daily’s.. they start tasting burnt midway through..
I can’t seem to like another tobacco flavor in another brand as much as NJOY (when they don’t taste burnt) However, I can’t keep justifying the purchase.. I’m going to quit buying due to the high price and low quality..

Was great quality for the longest time...
Was great quality for the longest time. They realized how much money they could make and downgraded their coils to cheap ceramic junk and threw quality control out the window. Sometimes the pods I get are clear and sometimes they are black. They burn out less than halfway through. NJoy won't be around anymore in a years time. I'll seek alternatives.

This company has helped me get off of cigarettes and has treated me well for about two years now and recently in the past two weeks I have going to four different gas stations paying $10 to $13 for all the pods to be burnt like come on Njoy I want to keep using this product but no if every time I open a menthol pack there all burnt !!!

TERRIBLE BURNT AND NASTY
I’m so glad I’m not alone. I too have been a loyal customer of NJOY for over two years. No problems until recently, thought it was me. Nope my sister same problem, we stopped buying from one store and now all seem to be just as bad.
After wasting so much money, in the process of TWO refunds already. I’m very unhappy.
I’m not buying anymore of this terrible product, and it’s a shame because I have been dying for just a good hit on my NJOY.
I’ll get used to the others. ✌️ NJOY looks like you have really lowered your standards for everyone.

Am I the only person who gets mouthfuls of stinging, burning concentrated fluid shot into my mouth, not just once but repeatedly, on literally every other pod?? Everyone talks about the burnt taste but my biggest issue is the constant leaking and eating that disgusting nicotine juice. On full battery I can feel it bubbling and drawing differently. I have to sling out a third of the product just to keep from sucking it into my mouth when I draw. I don't know how Trustpilot reports mostly positive reviews considering every other review site reports mainly horrible reviews. In fact, NJOY took down their own review page! Wonder why? NJOY sucks, badly. Not every product, but every other one. Thats not good enough. Someone shut them down please?

I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a…
I've beeen vaping on NJOY for quite a while now (2 years) simply due to convenience over the alternatives such as JUUL. I was happy maybe the first year they came out but now the quality of the pods is absolutely terrible. To have spent roughly ~$11 twice a week for the past 2 years on this product is absolutely shameful to the business. For the price these sell for, you can certainly afford to correct this issue of both pods being burnt straight out of the box or we'll see you with a class action.

Usually quality is good. but lately i’ve been opening new packs of pods and the first hits I have taste awfully burnt. my most recent pack i’ve purchased the first pod was burnt and the second pod didn’t have any rubber seals on the pod. this is a major concern for me.

Been buying these for almost year and half. They were great paying 9.99 then price dropped to 5.99 and now they are awful buy a pack of two many times both pods are completely burnt and full. Honestly just a waste of money when one pod is ALWAYS bad (burnt and leaking at the first hit). My husband and I did the math and we have spent over $2000 on pods since we started, meaning we’ve wasted half of that if the pods never work! Terrible.

Horrible tasting now.. idk what was changed but these are not the same pods. They’re a different color and all I taste is chemicals. I’ve bought 2 full brand new packs in the past 2 days and the first time I hit it, it’s burnt.
