The njoy ace was an amazing device when it first came out it knocked the juul out of the park at first... But recently oh my goodness have they went down hill. The pods used to taste amazing before the change from the normal wick to the FEELM Ceramic coils.The Tobacco pods tasted like cookies with almonds in them now it taste like burnt plastic and chemicals and don’t get me started on the device itself. 🤦🏼‍♂️ I went through 10 in the matter of 2 months I took one apart and noticed the solder on the connection points had broken off and it was the same for all of them. It’s just really sad njoy was a promising company at first now they are trash.

I was a pack-a-day smoker for 12 years. The NJoy helped me quit well over a year ago. I swore by it to all my friends looking to give up tobacco. Now, the last few months 8 out of 10 pods will be burnt right out of the package. Whether you changed your recipe for the juice or design for the pods, someone somewhere down the line majorly FORKED up. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE PODS! You’ll likely need to go get ANOTHER pack just to find one that is bearable. Smoking these now makes me want to throw up (and I’ve had questionable things in my mouth before). At this point I’d rather smoke real cigarettes while having a mouthful of chewing tobacco.

why do they taste so burnt now? the moment i hit it when it comes out of the pack it tastes burnt. i’m tired of buying disgusting pods and wasting my money. it makes me actually gag, i’d rather smoke a cigarette than smoke this. honestly...

Have the Njoy Loop, which I love, but out of the blue, Njoy discontinued the Loop pod refills. Now I have a $50 Loop kit and cannot get refill pods. Get the same robotic answer "sorry for the inconvenience" Hate the ACE, the Daily's good but sometimes too harsh. I hope others contact Njoy re the loop pods discontinued and Njoy brings them back I suspect the leaking of the pods caused Njoy to stop making them. Wonder if Njoy going out of business On the hunt for another company who makes recharge e-cigs

So the old vape devices worked. The new ones have issues with plugging in. You gave to hold it at an angle to get it to charge now.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer support online and over the phone. Age verification online does not work, and they outright ignore clients trying to purchase products on their website.

Really enjoyed it, but after 2 devices that only blink even when fully charged, and don’t hit, and then to be stuck with Pods that are of no use to me it looks like I will be switching to another brand of vape. Was not a big deal when they were .99 cents but after one for 27$ I’ll have to pass on a third. Really bummed because their natural tobacco was the only one of all the brands that I liked.

I love my Njoy but for some reason it won't hit I've tried new pods, cleaning under the rubber part, and the hole at the top but nothing seems to work can anyone tell me what to do

It’s a great pod system but the last few times I’ve bought pods they have all been burnt very disappointed, waste of money

Had my first NJOY device for over 6 months before it started tasting burnt, LOVED it, replaced my JUUL., just bought a new one to see if it would taste better (not to mention it was 25 bucks this time, not 99 cents) and it's already tasting burnt. I dont get why I didn't have any problems the first few months now I can't make it 1/4 past a pod before it taste burnt. Very disappointing, this was my favorite device. Think I'm gonna be moving on from it for now until they actually fix them.

I love the Njoy. I purchased when the first started the promotion at wawa. My boys all purchase and that's the only one we use. I've tried other vapes and I dont like them nearly as much as the NJOY. The battery last long. The pods last way longer. The only thing they only have three flavors. Blueberry is my favorite. I do like the other watermelon and mint but I say the Blueberry is my favorite. I hope they make another flavor. Hopefully like as much as the blueberry

I’ve tried MANY different e-cigarettes and I’ve liked quite a few and they have helped me to quit a 40 yr(at least that long!) cigarette habit-haven’t touched one in over 2 years, but when I tried the NJOY Loop I knew I had found what I was looking for. Great flavor and the entire apparatus is perfect between my fingers-not too long or too wide but just a perfect fit. And the fact that a charging case for them holds 2 e-cigarettes which I need as I was always a menthol and an original tobacco flavor smoker so now I have both in one case and they come at a very competitive price so this is now where I stop trying others because I’ve found exactly what I need! And I don’t miss the smell of tobacco either!!

Love the Blue and Blackberry flavor! It’s the best!

I been vaping for about eight months with N joy cool menthol & I think it's a great product. Just to bad that you can't get it in Arizona .

Started NJoy a year ago and use the Loop rechargeable. The pods last a good length of time, the Rich Tobacco is satisfying and I no longer find tobacco cigarettes enjoyable. The price is reasonable (for me a minimum of $60/mo less than tobacco cigarettes), so cannot say enough nice things about the product.

Really liked that I could pick up an occasional refill pod when needed at local Walgreens, but that is no longer available. Will have to order on line only and plan ahead.

I love my Njoy Ace. Battery last all day and the pods are easy to change. I've had some issues with leaking pod which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Device, Charge, ease of use, flavor, price is great. The pods seem to last longer than blu pods that sell for the same price. Blu does offer a point system for coupons that is nice. Also, the Blu pods show the quantity of juice as it depletes from use. The Njoy pod is too dark to see your level. Still Njoy is my go-to vape - the tobacco flavor is my favorite having tried only the Blueberry. Im a 60 YO woman and off cigarettes for 18 months.
