The shirt came out perfect! Exactly what I wanted!!!

Still haven't received my order after over a month, no response when I asked for an update.

I never received my order. I contacted them through their email multiple times with spotty responses. They eventually sent me a tracking history which showed my item was not delivered due to an "invalid address", even though I pulled up my order history which showed my correct address. I've been asking for a refund and still haven't received it.

I made a mistake on my order and your customer service was very helpful issuing a refund and reordering what i really wanted. the print was amazing we love it!!

The shirt came out great! The art is really well done and the material is really soft

These are absolutely adorable. I've purchased them many times for gifts. That is the ornaments and the canvases, and they're always a hit.

It’s STILL in China a month after being ordered. No way it will be here by Christmas!! I’m so very disappointed!!!

I have attempted to make contact to check the status of my order with no response. I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed.

This is my second purchase and both times, my expectations were exceeded. Not only are the portraits beautifully done, the process is simple and customer service is exceptional.

Have still not received my two dog pillows. What’s happening? I lost my dog a month ago. I ordered the pillows to give me some comfort and hold on to. Please help me. Thank you.

great communication on revisions and options/answers

I have sent two emails asking about the status of my order and haven't gotten a response yet.

I order two(2) shirts from you on October 28th.
Order #58305. I still have not received the shirts and they don't even show as being delivered. At this point I would rather just get a refund. Very poor communication and customer service. What ever happened to the order???

Poor customer service no replies to messages until weeks later no proof received of garment

I wrote a previous review but can't find it to update it. I didn't change my rating for review. I did many purchases in the past with no issues and the products were fantastic. My last purchase in July I never received. I tried to make contact several times and was about to take it to the Fcc, governance and my credit card company. After 4 months I finally got a refund. Customer service was poor, the company went down hill. I wouldn't purchase ever again. Be aware and make sure to follow up and have insurance with cc company if you do make purchase. I really don't know what happened with this company they once were great and trustworthy but not anymore.

Noble Pawtraits did a fabulous job with my husband’s dog shirt! They even improved the photo of our pup. Very easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

I ordered on October 14th, 2025 - website says 48hour turn around on the design approval. It has been a week and i've sent 5 emails and no response. It's like they have just disappeared with my money. BE WARE!

My order took over a month to arrive, the communication was awful, and I am still missing items. They sent the incorrect size for one of the items.
