I really enjoy watching noddy on her Tik Tok channel with the lives even if I'm not buying anything. The first sweep I brought was brilliant and really good stuff so will buying again when I get paid, you can't get any products for the price they do them for.

I ordered a 3 second sweep on their live and the box of products I got were amazing. Thank ypu so much

Recently received my beauty box order and I'm still amazed at what you get for your money, the Benefit pore collection was worth double what I paid for my box that's without the extra items. Never disappointed, I am loving all the newness I need a bigger house to store me little packages 😉. Package arrived within 3 days with no signs of damage . Overall very pleased with my purchase from Nodbeauty

This brand is slept on! Incredible online retailer! Purchased a few times now and always amazed at the quality and value. Perfect way to try premium products without breaking the bank. Nod is a beautiful soul and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Ordered an ultimate beauty gift box order number 93332. Ordered on the 4th September. No updates, no tracking, no response to the emails I sent to - support @nodbeauty.co.uk or any response to Instagram messages and even an Instagram comment. Very fed up and frustrated. Disappointed with the lack of customer service….its now the 20th sept and wondering if I’ll get a response, the order or a refund or just going to keep on being ignored…..

Got my order amazing value for money I don’t know how the company isn’t viral lovely team of girls on live all the products catered for me and my skin tone which is rare in my opinion over the moon and will always be a returning customer

I stumbled across Nodbeauty on TikTok and decided to give on their boxes ago.
OMG did it not disappoint, It was jam-packed with high-end full-sized skincare and make-up.
This is such a fantastic way to try products from bands you are not aware of, and to have some pamper time.

I loved the fact that my box was hand picked especially for me. There is no other company doing this in my opinion and the girls at work for the company are so warm and kind nothing is too much trouble and I buy from people so they’ve got a loyal customer of me.

The value for money in the mystery boxes is unmatched, I’ve made multiple purchases now with nodbox and always had a fab order! Lovely customer service and always happy to help ! Xx

I ordered a mystery box when nodbeauty had a relaunch. The mystery boxes are a must buy and they are extremely great value! Really happy with all of the items I received in my box and will 100% be ordering more! Great for a treat for yourself and also a great gift for other people. Highly recommend!! The ladies are lovely too 🥰

Great box

Came quickly love the new design and the new products didn’t get any dupes inside from my normal boxes they have outdone themselves on the re launch the live was so much fun I was dancing from my chair watching great community of people will order again

I placed an order in October 2022 that was open and had all but one of the items missing. I raised this directly with the brand on the day I received the package. I have now spent the last almost 2 years persuing this brand for a refund or replacement. I’ve had many messages saying “refund sent” or “we’re looking into it” but never actually had a refund. The customer service has been so frustrating from start to finish so I’m leaving a review here in the hopes I can actually get this sorted. Really unimpressed.

Edit: The brand have flagged this as a false review on the same day they have told me via tik tok they are “looking into it”. This is not a false review, and I’ll be happy to upload screen shots of the emails and tik tok conversations that prove the above to be true.

Loved my latest beauty nodbeauty box James packed and good items inside compared to most boxes really pleased with it all Facefacts is the best find I have went on to buy more even got a too faced palette inside which was very surprised about and wasn’t expecting would say recommended

I hate having to leave this review but I never received my order from June and have only just received my refund. I placed two orders one on tiktok,one on the website. The website one was £60 pound buy one get one free. It never turned up. I know the courier is to blame too but it's the after sales that lets this down. This was a birthday present for my daughter who's just starting her own makeup business. I received the refund yesterday. Someone said management would be in touch but not heard a thing. What's disappointing is the response afterwards and me letting my daughter down.

Really bad...ordered 20th May and no tracking update. I had to spam email them to get them to respond. Promised replies never had. Voucher. Never had. Contacted on Insta and had to start again. They didn't believe me about voucher. Always we are getting an update from Evri but then I never got an update. After a week or so I started asking for a refund and they ignored this . Eventually when I was on the phone to my bank to report as fraud and I had told them this the offered a refund like I had never asked for one before. Said made it a formal complaint. Completely poor customer services. The people I spoke to were really nice. Perhaps too nice. I don't think they are properly trained at all. Nod needs to rethink their customer services completely. Never ever will I order from them again.

AMAZING From start to finish I bought 2 try me mystery boxes and I got absolutely spoiled I paid £30 for the two but with everything it was well over £100 such a bargain!!!

I have been a customer of nodbeauty since 2021 now and I can say I always will be! The most amazing bespoke service ever. Nodbeauty just keeps proving themselves to give the best value for money! Such unreal products & the best mystery boxes on the market for the fraction of the cost! I couldn’t recommend nodbeauty enough & I couldn’t thank noddy enough for making me feel beautiful with all the products she supplies! 💕

These girls went above and beyond to help me and they did just that they have helped me so much with my combination skin and the products they sent me have worked a treat and made my skin feel and look amazing and I will definitely be ordering again and again and again they are a credit to me and themselves!! Thank you so so much

I ordered from Nodbeauty couple times, no issues, I was happy with my products... till March. I made an order at 1st of March and so far no info about it, I've sent couple emails - no reply. I don't mind waiting, it's all fine, but I would like to have any update about my order. I really don't want to leave a bad review but it seems to be only way to get attention from Nodbeauty Team :(

Terrible. Ordered 2 separate orders via website in January, only received 1. Messaged tick tock page and emailed support. No solution and still not received
