I have spent over a month trying to resolve billing issues with Nomad. I have had 23 chats with them in that time and two or three phone conversations. Their phone call number reaches them, but they say we are not taking calls and refer you to chat or tickets. Their response to tickets rarely answers the questions you pose, so you have to respond again. They overcharged my account, said they had fixed it only to find they had not fixed the situation. I tried to take my method of payment off their site but could not. Finally, I have decided to cancel their service. If someone was looking for an internet company with good service, I could not recommend this company.
Truly a scam of a company. Connection worked well for 2 months, then became unusable after. I requested a refund and was told I was getting it, one false charge, 5 months, 6 phone calls, and MANY service requests later, zilch, nada, nothing. Please for the love of everything do NOT use Nomad Internet
I’m very upset with nomad internet they refuse to cancel my internet after I have called multiple times requesting a refund for being overcharged and asking to cancel and they refuse. Now they are threatening to send me to collections I do not want their internet!!!
My boyfriend has been dealing with this crap company.. if it was possible to give it no stars I would. Overpriced, unprofessional and no help whatsoever. They keep saying they will send the equipment out but it never arrives on time when they promise. When it finally does it ALSO doesn't work. BEWARE this company is utter rubbish. Takes your money and you get nothing but trouble in return.
Sam Fash was the best help out of all of your associates that I dealt with. I was at my wits end because as great as your internet probably is, it honestly didn't work well where we live (due to the towers it connects to I'm sure). We have been trying to cancel the service for almost a week after finding out on day 1 that it was not going to work for us. None of the numbers that are listed on your page actually work to talk to a team member. Chatting was the only way to communicate. After being promised that someone would be calling me, I finally got a call this morning twice but both calls got dropped due to weather. Thankfully, Sam provided me with the link and directions to cancel the service and return the equipment.

Was having issues with services due to some billing errors and I spoke with Mark Wood who helped me figure out the problem and fixed everything I needed fixed and did it in a timely manner!! Very nice and professional.
Spent 90.00 on a modem, 129.00 on a plan and nothing works. Called tech support and they told me only one tech (outsourced to Bangalore) was available. I explained the problem and they sent me to yet another portal to show they had charged me? Still no internet but I have a cool white box that flashes but sadly does nothing else. Giving them 5 more days before filing for refund and dumping this outfit.
This has got to be the worst internet provider on the planet. I used them for a couple years back in 2021 and wasn't too bad. Talked my company into going with them for internet service for my construction trailer. Not an issue for about 3 weeks then it went out 5/7/25 and LOL tried to get support. What a joke. Tried calling into support at all different times and never connected. I had office do a support ticket which they didn't answer for 3 days and sent an email about how to redo the whole router but instructions didn't make any sense and could not fix. I understand stuff happens but if you don't have any support it's absolutely worthless. Went and purchased Starlink and will pack up and send them back their router
Andrew James was most helpful to me. He methodically walked me thru factory resetting my modem because it wasn’t working properly. With his assistance I was able to get it working properly.
Harry Jackson actually figured out the issue after I worked with a different tech for 3 hours, with no resolution. Thankfully Harry figured it out in less than 20 minutes!
Jack brown was really kind and patient he made the process smooth and fixed my issues no problem
Before I ordered from them, I asked what carriers they used, as we have no 5G for Verizon in our area. They said they would ship two Sims with the modem and I could pick whichever had the better coverage. Paid for the modem and plan, and received a Verizon modem and Sim. After trying to contact through the non existent live chat, I called and told them I needed a tmobile Sim. They invoiced me a new modem for full price and told me that the modem was non refundable for the Verizon one. I am using it for the remainder of the time and sending back to them. Their phone support does not help, and they kept giving run around through email. DO NOT ORDER.
