I am FURIOUS with NomoTrade! They took $353 from my account without ANY warning. I followed their own leaderboard - that's what the platform is FOR. Every trade was handled by THEIR system, not me. I never touched anything manually. If there's a problem with the strategy, why didn't they catch it? Why punish me for using their own feature exactly as designed? This is theft, plain and simple. I want my $353 back NOW.

Really disappointing business practice
Very disappointed with NomoTrade. I had high hopes for this platform. The copy trading seemed straightforward - pick a trader from the leaderboard and let the system work. I did exactly that. $51 in profits, then poof - gone. No warning email. They claim I'm liable for strategy violations but I was just a passive follower. The platform's system executed everything automatically. If the provider's strategy was problematic, that should have been caught by NomoTrade's risk management. Instead they punish users. Really disappointing business practice.

Cuando empecé a usar nomo tenía muchas expectativas. Una de las razones por las que empecé a usar la plataforma fue por la opción de copiar a otros traders. No lo recomiendo: estás copiando a un trader, pero ese trader copia a otro, lo cual no me da seguridad con el dinero que estoy invirtiendo. Necesitan mejorar la forma de los retiros. Intenté retirar mi dinero más de 5 veces y siempre fueron rechazadas. No me decían por qué, y el servicio al cliente muy mala atención; solo me decían que habían escalado el caso. Yo tengo mi cuenta verificada. Y no me explico por qué me cancelan mis solicitudes de retiro. Y tampoco he recibido correos confirmando si mi solicitud fue aprobada o rechazada y las razones. Hay muchas cosas por mejorar.

I just want my $42 back
I honestly don't understand what happened here. I used NomoTrade's copy trading like I thought you were supposed to - picked someone from the leaderboard and let the platform handle it. Then suddenly $42 is gone from my account. No explanation email, nothing. Support says something about latency arbitrage but I don't even know what that means. I never controlled any trades manually. How am I supposed to know if a provider on the leaderboard is breaking rules? Isn't that NomoTrade's job to check? I just want my $42 back. This is very confusing.

I feel completely betrayed by NomoTrade. I trusted their platform, used their copy trading feature exactly as shown, and they took $229 from me without warning. I copied from their leaderboard - a feature they promote.

This situation makes no sense to me
This situation makes no sense to me. I used NomoTrade's copy trading - selected a trader from their public leaderboard (which I assumed meant vetted and legitimate), and all trades happened automatically through their system. I had zero manual control. Now they've removed $235 and say I violated terms. But how? I didn't do the trading. The provider did. The platform's system executed it. Where's my responsibility in this? Very bewildered and looking for answers.

Removed Profit without Warning
This is an OUTRAGE. NomoTrade removed $428 from my profits without a single email warning. I was following a trader from THEIR leaderboard. The platform's own system handled everything - I didn't manually execute a single trade. If that trader's strategy was problematic, NomoTrade should have caught it before listing them publicly. Instead they punish innocent followers. Unacceptable. I demand a full refund. The fact that they didn't send a single warning email makes it even worse.

Unfair Profit Cancellation on Copy Trading Account
I'm really let down by how NomoTrade handled this. Lost $190 to profit cancellation for alleged latency arbitrage. But I only used the copy trading feature - selected from the public leaderboard and let the platform do everything automatically. No manual trading, no strategy control, nothing. If there was an issue with the trader I copied, NomoTrade should take responsibility for vetting their leaderboard properly. Punishing passive followers is just poor form. Expected better from this platform.

La plataforma te permite el ingreso de dinero, pero no permite que retires los fondos, el problema es que no valida los documentos de argentina DNI como es mi caso, por esa razón estoy enviando mi mail NRO 20 a soporte para ver cómo se soluciona.
