I have to say i found the application process smooth and i did have some questions marks around how the integration would be into my shopify store. This was handled so well throughout and i have had a seemless transition. I originally moved from stripe to reduce my pricing but i have now got to say everything from the rates to the service out performs my previous bank. I get my money quicker and there team is always on hand to assist.

Very impressed with overall service so far. Setup/registration has been has been really simple and took no time at all to process the application. Integration was also extremely easy with detailed instructions, I was able to implement it in less than 10 minutes.
Jordan dealt with my application and has been brilliant to work with. He was able to take me through each stage of the process and ensured we were processing payments ASAP.

Total Processing helped me find an alternative bank for transactions after my current processor struggled to meet my needs. I'd tried several other companies before and filled in lots of applications before being rejected so I was delighted when they told me I'd been accepted and with very reasonable fees and settlement terms. The team were very responsive over email as well. Documentation for API integration was clear too.

Probably the best Merchant Provider I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with. If you are with the likes of Cardnet or HSBC then you seriously need to think about changing to Total Processing. Fast and efficient service and they don't play games like the big banks. Keep up the great work!!

Our company has been working with Total Processing for the last couple of months. The support we have received from Martin all the way along has been second to none. Martin has proved to be completely reliable and dependable, always at the end of the phone to chat things through. Excellent service and customer support.

This company promised to help me get a new payment processor up and running ASAP for my CBD company in Ireland. I told them I had other processors in mind but they said not to worry about it and they'll handle it.

I waited over 2 weeks without a processor to have them tell me they don't want to take my company for "risk" even though my company had been trading for years. When asking a reason why and if they could help me I was ignored by their support.

After being ignored by their support I contacted their CEO on Skype who had been previously helping me. He told me he would help me. 2 days later with no processer, he stops answering me. By the end of that week, 3 weeks without a processor and over 5000 euro wasted from not being able to take payments I kindly just ask him "I haven't gotten a response from you or your team since Tuesday. Should I just take another processer?". He reads the message and ignores it. I then had to apply for another processor, start this whole process over again, but I did get approved this time. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need something reliable.
