Very helpful and professional, My account manager is Martin and I have to say he went out of his way to get us set up and even while out of hours helped with anything we needed.

Good payment processor, with a great support team. Wendy is always available to help and all other stuff.

when our payment provider let us down, Martin was top guy in there. He helped us to open new merchant account and setup just in few business days, we're up and running. Not to mention best customer support I've ever seen in years. 100% one of the best payment gateways out there.

Really simple process and the team is always available to help.

They dont work on bank holidays but they keep their phones active so i was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes thinking somebody would eventually pick up but they didn't.

Total Processing has been instrumental in ensuring our clients maintain their IVA contributions through the automated payment system.
