After having the worst experience with RMS, we were saved by Simon who got us transferred over for 2 sites quickly and payments for my takeaway and restaurant in Lancashire uk, are quick and easy. Not a single issue to speak of.

We had been struggling to get approved by a payment processor for MONTHS. Words can't express how grateful we are for Simon and Total Processing showing us the way. Fishing tackle competitions

Having had many problems with other pay merchants, I came across Total Processing. Spoke with Simon who was a massive help for our online Vaping Store. Simon was with us every step of the way to getting accepted. There were a couple of problems along the way, but these were dealt with as promised and we are now able to sell our products. Customer service is excellent and although a few pounds a month extra, it is certainly worth it for confidence and the customer service experience, compared to the other larger and more trouble than they are worth paymerchants.

Massive props for Simon and Edward. Very very quick response and set up. Recommend in a 100%. Thank you Guys

Let me start off this review by saying if your in any doubt about these guys I wouldn't worry we have had numerous payment gateways due to poor service extortionate fees and unreliable customer service but at total processing we found a golden nugget from there fantastic sales department even down to the technical team we can not fault them at all super helpful the sales rep has been basically on call via phone and WhatsApp 24hrs a day we highly recommend them to any business owner and we are super happy we can now move on and put our time into our website and not have to worry where our next payment is coming from honestly 5 stars isn't enough and we look forward to a long lasting working relationship with all you guys at total processing 😁
