Great service - easy to sign up and great support from Simon, Angel and the team at Total Processing. Highly recommended.

In general, the TP platform itself can be frustrating if you don't log in that often. However, the customer service is second to none. Melisa, in particular, provided probably the best customer experience I've had across any of the gateways we've worked with - I'd go so far as to say across any of the enterprise-level companies I have worked with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to TP - especially if Mel is at hand!

Perfect for everyone doing Dropshipping or Ecommerce. They are very understanding and professional, so Cashflow is no obstacle while scaling. Pieter is very experienced in his field and always has the best support. Thank you guys!

Pieter was very helpful with getting me set up with a new payment processor. The onboarding process was very efficient and quick! Can’t rely on these big acquirers like Stripe, so having someone like Pieter to help you get set up with acquirers that are more reasonable is worth everything.

If you are looking to build a sustainable, stable ecommerce business, this is the solution you've been waiting for. Our account manager Pieter provided us with support around the clock and was able to quickly navigate us through the onboarding process even though we had a more complicated 3rd party checkout setup.
