Nook Saunas UK Reviews

Terry and Ryan traveled up from Bristol as was having a small issue with sauna installed a few weeks ago- great service and all fixed, fantastic service and very friendly

Order process was quick and simple. Communication was good and despite a van breakdown on installation day, the guys still arrived and installed my sauna very quickly. The unit is good quality and the functions are easy to use.

Absolutely delighted with our Nook Sauna! The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish — from the initial purchase right through to delivery and installation by Callum & Mark. Everything was handled brilliantly and the service has been first class.
The sauna itself is fantastic. It heats up really quickly, looks great and is an absolute pleasure to use. We’re so pleased we chose Nook Saunas and honestly couldn’t be happier with it.

Would highly recommend Nook Saunas to anyone thinking about getting a sauna — fantastic product, fantastic service and worth every penny!

Great experience with Nook Saunas. Just had it installed and the process was simple and fast. Big thanks to Mark and Callum for the seamless installation!

Ryan and Terry did an excellent job installing our Nook Elite sauna this morning. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the product. Everything was set up perfectly, and they took the time to walk us through the features and care instructions. A really smooth, friendly experience from start to finish — highly recommended.

I had a brilliant experience with Nook sauna rental! From the moment of my first email enquiry, I received very fast communications from all team members. We would have gone for 2 person size but it had a longer lead time, so we got the 1 person size which is still generous. The team was able to accommodate our very tight schedule and even when one of the engineers broke his wrist they were able to reschedule us super quickly, thank you Bill and Ryan for driving from Bristol! The installation was super quick, we were amazed. I would 100% recommend renting or purchasing a sauna from nook, clearly they are a customer focused company and I’m very grateful for their service.

From ordering to delivery and set up has been an easy route to getting my NOOK SAUNA .
I now use it everyday for a 20 minute session , fabulous thank you all at NOOK ,

Great sauna and delivery service. Had the 3 person elite installed today by Bill and Mark who were very speedy and the sauna was up and ready in 30-35 minutes. They ran through the device and buttons and cannot wait to give it a go after exercising!

The whole ordering process was very simple with great communication. Terry rang me the day after the order was placed and informed of the delivery date and installation. Terry and Ryan arrived on time installed the sauna with no fuss and were very helpful and friendly and made the hand over very clear and we couldn’t be happier.
