We had the best wedding experience ever. Nordic Adventure Weddings booked and decorated the nice old church in Højerup for us, organised all the flowers, they were very helpful with the official papers that are required, they organised a very nice local official that held a perfect ceremony for us and we had a delicious cake and sparkling wine for the reception in a near by restaurant. Further more they helped us to find musicians, transport and a hair and makeup stylists. The weather was more than perfect too for a winter wedding. We can only say thank you.

Lena was such a fantastic planner for our wedding in December 2022. She handled everything - from documents to transportation and even recommendations for our celebration dinner at a lightning-fast speed. Lena made our destination wedding stress-free. I recommend using Lena and Nordic Adventures for your Denmark wedding!

It was a stress free, all-inclusive and worry-free experience working with Lena of Nordic Adventure Weddings! We were first overwhelmed planning a destination elopement but her down-to-earth attitude and expertise made us feel all calm. She processed things for us and allowed for personalization! From flowers to the ceremony for the vows. Even allowed us to stay for cake and wedding toast in King and Queen’s room in Stevns Klint. The package she offers are delivered excellently. And we had a fantastic wedding in Stevns Klint.

We used Nordic Adventure Weddings to plan our wedding in Denmark and they were absolutely amazing! They did so much, including submitting our marriage paperwork. Nach etlichen Problemen mit deutschen Standesämtern und deren Inflexibilität entschieden wir uns für eine Hochzeit in Dänemark - Marielyst.
Nach langen Recherchen im Internet haben wir Nordic Adventure Weddings gefunden und sind heute noch froh mit Lena unseren Traumtag gemeinsam organisiert zu haben.
Lena hat sich professionell um alle Unterlagen gekümmert, sodass die dänischen Behörden zügig die notwendige Genehmigung erteilten.
Zudem war Lena rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar.
Wir haben uns eine Strandhochzeit gewünscht und Lena hat für uns die perfekte Location gefunden. Vom Traumwetter, Dekoration am Strand, Getränke zum Anstoßen für Große und kleine Gäste war alles perfekt organisiert.
Auch nach der Trauung wurde die bestellte Apostille wie vereinbart schnell an uns versendet.

Nordic Adventure Weddings ("NAW") organised our wedding in an island of Møn as well as made all the necessary arrangements at the court and registration office.
We were pleasantly surprised at how express everything was and the always continuous and immediate response to our email enquiries whenever we contacted NAW (Lena). We appreciate the high level of professionalism. Lena helped us choose a beautiful and memorable place. She was very accommodating with our requests - and we had no shortage of them :). We were also lucky to have the personal and kind approach of the wedding and photographer ladies. We left feeling that as much as we had a wedding for two and didn't know anyone before, perhaps our wedding day couldn't have gone better. We wish Lena and her team to take such a marvelous idea as organising weddings for foreigners in a beautiful country like Denmark further and also help other fiancés to create as magical a day as they did for us.

We absolutely loved our wedding adventure and whenever we look back at it, it feels like a dream. We decided to have an intimate ceremony with no hassle so we could really focus on each other. We felt like the wedding lasted the whole 3 days rather than a few hours when the ceremony started. The main focus was for us to be surrounded by nature and as we chose to stay in a tree hut, this was exactly what we got.
The team made sure that there was always great food to enjoy and the way it was organised as a whole showed us the high level of professionalism that it promises.

We had a great wedding at the Vindeholme castle thanks to Nordic adventures. It was a great place for our families with different cultures to eat, drink and dance together! We highly recommend all who wish a simple and yet memorable wedding. Lena was always there to help with questions and it was very smooth and comfortable organising everything for the wedding with her from a distance.

Lena was very helpful and incredibly responsive in helping us with everything from flowers, location, rain location, photography to timing and food/drinks arrangements. The Tapas were delicious and the photographer really did a great job capturing the day!

It was a combination of destination wedding and beach holiday for us. The never ending wheat and rhubarb fields. I had never imagined I'd get married in the middle of rural Danish fields and forest!

The island is not swarmed and overrun with tourists, which was its own charm. We got a few good sunny days on the beach. It was tough trying to find accommodations since the area is quite rural. Lena had a few very good restaurant recommendations. The grønne verden was excellent!

If we can redo it, we'd only spend 2-3 days in the area (Lolland island). We had run out of things to see by the end.

A few constructive feedback if I may.

1. The florist didn't quite get what I had in mind (despite being provided with specific pictures for guidance)
2. The officiant could've dressed better. It's our biggest day and he didn't put in too much effort with his jeans.
3. They made a typo on our marriage license (name of the forest) that we didn't spot until we got home

However, we still had a very positive experience on Lolland island and would recommend this experience to any couples searching for a small, intimate celebration. We couldn't have done it without Lena and team! Thank you!

Nordic Adventure Weddings provided a complete service and took all the stress away from us. The team were very responsive to any queries or requests we had in the lead up to the wedding. Quelle extraordinaire expérience que ce mariage en catimini au Danemark. Une organisation sans faille de Nordic Adventure Weeding du 1er au dernier jour. Tout était prévu pour nous choyez et nous éviter tout stress. Notre logement dans de magnifiques cabanes dans les arbres était juste fabuleux.
Nous avons donc pu profiter de notre émouvante et merveilleuse cérémonie de mariage rien que pour nous 2 en pleine nature...vraiment à notre image. Merci Lena et Carsten pour votre professionalisme et sympathie, Élie la catering woman pour les exellents repas et Oleg le photographe pour sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse ( rapide envoi de quelques photos le soir même afin que nous puissions partager notre bonheur avec notre famille et nos amis.)

Absolutely recommending Nordic Adventure team. We had fantastic experience from the beginning throughout the whole process. Realy was nothing to worry about or to overthink. Lena was great guiding us step by step in the process. The wedding itself was just as we imagined and more. We were surprised how well everything was organized and our wishes met with no questions. I have asked for additional arch, vegan menu, non alcoholic drinks, fresh flowers, and didn't think it will be possible. Ceremony was stunning intimate and we had gorgeous pictures to look back at our beautiful wedding. Can highly recommend Nordic Adventure team !!

Wow. We got married in Hammershus Castle Ruins in June. The amazing Nordic Adventures team arranged absolutely everything - all the pre arrangements and paperwork with great communication and a good payment plan. Then every arrangement from the minute we arrived on the Island to the minute we left. We stayed in the Falcon Hotel which couldn’t do enough for us - a five star service. The hotel was so unique and they have a lovely relationship with the Nordic team so they are very much involved in your wedding too. Bornholm Island is such a fantastic wedding destination as you can choose to get married at any location - outdoor or Indoor. We chose the historical Castle Ruins for the ceremony - with photos all around the grounds. Then a surprise visit to a Lighthouse and Quarry (phenomenal views) for more photos and delicious lunch picnic. The Nordic team’s photographer Justine was truly exceptional and as the day was ‘about us and the photos’ to capture the magical adventure, Justine really did add the extra five star service to make our day even more special. We cannot recommend Nordic, the hotel, Justine and Bornholm enough. This is definitely the perfect way to get married, we have the most wonderful and happy memories. We travelled from Bornholm to Santorini for our Honeymoon and chose to have a party back at home in the UK in July - so got to do it all over again with family and friends and wear my Wedding Dress again. Our Nordic Adventure Wedding was stress free, exciting, beyond beautiful and even better than we expected - a unique, personal and adventurous five star wedding. When we were planning our elopement we came across Nordic Adventure Weddings. The offer convinced us directly. Customizations and extended wishes were no problem at all.
Lena and Carsten are super and very dedicated to their work and to create our experience exactly as we imagined it. They supported us with their expertise and organized everything.
They were always available to us and kept us updated on what was going on. Even though me only met in person the day before the wedding the atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
Besides the professionalism, the whole experience was very personal and tailored exactly to us.

The wedding ceremony took place at a beautiful, intimate location on Bornholm that Lena and Carsten had recommended.
The officiant and photographer that they work with on Bornholm were also amazing. The atmosphere was great and you could tell that everyone loves working together.

The whole elopement was just perfect from beginning to end and even better than we imagined it. We would do it exactly the same way again anytime.

We would fully recommend Nordic Adventure Weddings. Lena and Carsten were always very welcoming and kind. We had a wonderful wedding ceremony at the townhall of a small, picturesque Danish town. It was possible to sort out all the necessary paperwork online, in just a couple of days, with the help of Florence and Lena. Furthermore, Lena was always reachable and answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. All in all, everything went very smoothly and effortlessly.

Lena and Carsten were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We were absolutely amazed at just how easy they made everything. All we had to do was do a little paperwork, and used WhatsApp to choose some of the detail. The end result surpassed our expectations and more! We had the most intimate romantic wedding in Bornholm. Their team were amazing and wedding photos were ready by the next morning.

Bornholm itself is a fabulous location. We wished we had planned to stay longer. It was great for food and scenery. The locals are so friendly. We’re looking forward to returning!

We cannot rate Lena and Carsten highly enough - they are incredible. Absolutely meticulous in every part of their planning and they take care of everything/support you every step of the way! I didn’t think that wedding planning could be so stress free!! They took time to speak to us and get to know us prior to booking, and really catered everything to our needs and wants - from all the details of planning months in advance to last minute changes in food. Everything was perfect and we cannot thank them enough. We had a magical day on Bornholm and can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything!

Our whole experience from start to finish was calm and organised. From the suggestion of the perfect venue to the organisation of the paperwork to the execution of the perfect day…everything ran like a dream.
The flowers were beautiful, the venue - out of this world, the photos - stunning, the recommendations for food/accommodation - spot on.
