This company is a scam as all the other reviews have indicated. They are from china and they won’t refund you for their cheap, ineffective products. Their customer service is slow to respond and unwilling to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is 100% a scam business

Tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews of the battery not lasting. They are dropshippping the item from China. My bank says they are based in Montreal. They use a Scandinavian name nordic which obviously means Denmark, Sweden, Norway to trick people into believing the item isn't some Chinese rubbish. I will be sending it back (if it ever arrives) after I asked them to cancel the order they also blocked my email. I now get mailer daemon emails back!! Lovely

When I sent the products back to the address she provided, by Certified USPS for $72.00, the tracking number showed it delivered yet they claim it wasn't and won't give a refund. Avoid this SCAM. The signature pouch was something I didn’t think I’d care about but I use it daily at the gym now. It’s waterproof and surprisingly sturdy. Shipping took a little longer than expected but customer support kept me updated and responded quickly.

I picked up the grey reverse bar mostly out of curiosity. I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but after about two weeks my natural darker tone started showing through on the sides. It’s subtle but real. What surprised me most was the scent. Clean and not chemical at all and the fact that it didn’t dry my hair out.

Don’t buy it. Irritated my scalp. No one to reach. Should be off the market.
